Apartments are close to a beautiful beach with sand, which is very good for small children, but also and for waves lovers. Apartments are 20minutes away by car from chania center, 5 minutes from big LIDL and SYNKA supermarkets. Apartments has all stuff you need to cook or warm food. Owner very friendly and always ready to assist

Apart from having to close the bathroom door in order to use the sink, which is something that one doesn't mind anymore once you get used to it, the property and service was very good.

Accommodation had all the necessary amenities, AC, Kitchenette, balcony with part sea views, iron, ample room and fully furnished. Konstantinos, the host was very helpful in providing information (places, beaches and restaurants to visit) on how to organise our holiday and he also lent us an umbrella as in some beaches it is not possible to rent umbrellas.

It was a bit difficult to control the water temperature of the shower but that’s just a very small negative aspect.

The apartment is located in a very nice area and the most beautiful beach is right across the street. The flat is well equipped, clean and a nice place to relax and enjoy some private time. Nice terrace with sunbeds. The host is extremely supportive with great recommendations for restaurants, bars and other things. The woman who is responsible for cleaning comes everyday and is the sweetest person on earth.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, there were a couple of minor downsides. The street noise, although not disturbing during the night, was noticeable at times. However, it did not significantly impact our overall experience or quality of sleep. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the stove in our room, but upon notifying the host, it was promptly replaced, which demonstrated a high level of responsiveness and customer service.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the beach just a mere 30 meters away. Being so close to the beach allowed us to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea whenever we wanted, which was a huge plus for us. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sea view from our balcony. It was truly mesmerizing, especially during breakfast time. Starting our day with a delicious meal while taking in the stunning view was simply unforgettable. The balcony added an extra touch of relaxation and tranquility to our stay. Renting a car during our trip was made convenient by the fact that there were always enough parking spots available right in front of the hotel. It's always a relief to know that you won't have to worry about finding parking when exploring the area, so we appreciated this aspect of our stay. The host of the hotel was exceptionally helpful throughout our time there. We constantly sought recommendations for hidden treasures on the island, and he never failed to provide us with fantastic tips. Whether it was suggesting local restaurants or recommending the best beaches, his knowledge and expertise were invaluable. His openness and friendliness made our interactions enjoyable, and we attribute a significant portion of our positive experience to his outstanding service. We would highly recommend other guests to seek his advice for the best options on the island. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and we appreciated the fact that it was cleaned on a daily basis. Given the proximity to the beach and the inevitable accumulation of sand, this attention to cleanliness was crucial and contributed to our comfort throughout the stay.

We spent 4 beautiful days here. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well equipped. The view is marvelous. The beach is just a few steps. There are bus stops, excellent restaurants, and an elegant souvenir shop next to the accommodation. There is a surf paradise, too. Thank you to the kind owners for taking care of us. A beautiful experience in this place. Everything was close to perfection . Room with sea view, cleanliness every day (thanks Katerini). Kostas was a very good host, very helpful in planning escapades and guided us to places to visit and/or eat, helped us with renting a scooter (it was even brought to the hotel) and rescheduled our visit to an olive oil factory for the next day, and much more. I have stayed for one week in the Studio Apartment and I am so happy that I found this jewel at the Kalamaki beach. I highly recommend Sevach App. From the first moment I felt so warmly welcomed. Antigoni helped me with any question. She is such a warm heart person….you will love her. Everyday cleaning gives you a good feeling if you come back from the beach or a trip and open the door to your apartment. Fresh and clean. And: please try the breakfast options. and even it is only once. What a great service….imagine you are sitting on the balcony and enjoying a yummy tasting breakfast while looking at the sea feel its breeze on your skin….amazing. These are luxury moments with nothing to compare. I will come back!

The apartment is next to a pretty busy street, so it was quite loud at night from the traffic.

The apartment was very big and was cleaned daily. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. The Greek breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful, daily we've got propositions what we could do next, assistance with booking trips, car rental etc.

Excellent location with Bus stop right outside (CityBus to and from Chania Town for ¢1.50, purchase ticket from nearby supermarket) and at one end of Agio Apostoli beach which is a big sweeping bay beach. Very friendly family owned apartments with view of sea from top levels. If the day is windy on the big beach, walk to the next small bay also named the same Agio Apostoli but its protected from the wind (subject to wind direction)

Everything was great - and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Everyday we had our room cleaned, which you don’t see in many places. In our room, we had everything we needed. The place is very close to the beach, you just have to cross the street, and also near to some nice restaurants. The staff is great and friendly. They will help you with everything you ask of them and this will be done out of kindness and not because they have to. If you want to see and go to places that are more for locals, don’t be shy to ask. Hint: choose breakfast! Especially the cretan one!
