Bathroom in second room needs upgrading. Clean but needs urgent TLC.

Location is perfect, few metres from beach and tavernas. Short walk to Chora. We had two rooms one upstairs with two small balconies with sea view.

The bathroom had a low ceiling for tall people (I am 1.90 m myself) and took time to dry after a shower as it was not properly ventilated.

The location is very good, close to a parking lot and right next to the beach. The apartment was on a semi basement level and that did not allow it to ventilate properly. Admittedly this was the cheapest accommodation we found on the whole island for a high season, so we did not have high expectations. The accommodation was appropriate for the use we made, so if you just wish to go there for just sleeping and showering, the accommodation is great! The staff was very friendly and there is a phone device available at the entrance to contact them when needed. They cleaned the rooms every day and we were a bit difficult admittedly ourselves, as we were all sleeping till late. Nevertheless the cleaning lady was always welcoming and understanding.

I knew where studios were but had I not directions from port would not have been enough. No kettle room 4 but we got one out of room 8. Bathroom in room 4, shower needs attention and soil pipe looks awful, all needed a bit of TLC but feel this is reflected on the price, if you want a higher standard pay more!!

We stayed room 4 and room 8. Marina really helpful, cleaner friendly. Location completely perfect, bring only one minute from beach. Enough plates, pans, cleaning materials. Price excellent. We would definitely stay there again as good budget accommodation.

This location was perfectly situated in the heart of Naxos. Approx 10-15 minute walk from the main port. We were able to get internet access from the port's free Wifi and walked approx 800m to the apartment. We walked with 20kg of luggage on our backs, with no issues. We were able to walk to and from the apartment for all meals. Very close to the city centre, markets, and Gorgios beach is approx 20m from the entrance. The place was very cosy and cute. Staff were super helpful in providing us with details for check in prior and at the time of arrival at 4pm. The room had a few minor flaws in that not all lights worked and some verandah furniture was broken. The apartment was fairly clean, though on very close inspection could be cleaner, however, nothing that warranted us to request someone attend to it right away or change rooms etc. We would happily stay in this accommodation again.

The air conditioning hardly work, but the host said it was going to be replaced soon. Could be more pots for cooking.

Great place close to the beach, and lots of restaurants. Not far from the port. Plenty of room and a little balcony to relax on.

The only downside was the shower. It made the bathroom flood, wasn’t attached to the wall. A shower curtain would have been great! Other than this it was perfect though.

Me and my partner loved the location of the hotel as it was about 5 steps onto the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll to Chora (main town) The maid kept our room tidy and provided fresh towels each day.

The bathroom is small and water from the shower is not drained from the floor. Difficult to get right temperature in the shower, water can get very hot if not adjusted correctly. The apartment is at bit small for a family of 5. Kitchenet is limited equipped.

Great location in a quiet street at the beach and close to town. Good value for money. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Small, but nice balcony facing the backyard.
