Location is exceptional, right on the beach. Breakfasts on the terrace by the sea listening to the birds and the sea was a great way to start the day and also moonlit late night drinks before going to bed was relaxing. I spent the days outside traveling on the island. The host is a really kind person. Room was clean and well proportioned.

A bit far from down town Chios, not a problem if you have a vehicle. Occasional gas odours blow in with the sea breeze.

Quiet, scenic location, served its purpose as a good place to rest for a few days. Margarita was always friendly and helpful.

It was so homely, perfect spot right on the beach! Lovely to sleep with the doors open and listen to the sea! Margarita couldn’t have been more helpful, property was exceptionally clean. Not far to walk along beach ti get food and drink.

Lovely apartment - tidy and tastefully decorated, in a gorgeous location on the Aegean seafront. The view from the balcony and beach is beautiful, especially at sunrise over Turkey just on the horizon. As we went in October, it was very tranquil which was exactly what we wanted. If sitting on the balcony on an evening with a glass of wine, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves while the crickets chirp is your thing, then here it is! There is plenty to explore on the island and lots of history. Margarita is the perfect host, a lovely warm lady who was happy to pick us up and drop us back at the airport, and recommended some great places to eat (we ate some amazing food on Chios!). Margarita’s son has a car rental business that allows the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of this unspoiled gem of an island. Wherever you go, views are stunning. This place, for us, was simply perfect.

Internet connection was slow and sometime just stopped. But it is probably due to the bad infrastructure on the area.

This is a hidden gem indeed. Just by the sea, very quiet place, nothing to disturb the silence other than the sound of the sea waves. Perfectly decorated and sharp clean bathroom, small but very functional kitchenette with all needed equipment, a sofa in the room, nice terrace with tables and chairs, 10 meters away 2 sun beds ready for you. What else one can expect more? On top of that, owner Margaretta is a wonderful lady and helpful for anything you need. She made the restaurant reservations for us, recommended car rental and it was very good

The location of the hotel is great. There are only 4/5 studios and you can enjoy the beach which is in front of the hotel privately.

A little difficult to access the entrance to the appartment due to vegetation and stones, especially when it is dark. Should be fixed to avoid broken legs.

Great location directly on the beach. Lovely terrace. Comfy bed and clean room. Very helpful and kind house lady who also offered us beach towels.

Very nice B&B right at the beach in Karfas. The owner (French lady) is living in the same building. Great location and can reach restaurant etc. by foot. Lovely place really!

I loved everything at Spiti Anatoli! The owner, Margarita, is very kind and helpful. The apartment I stayed in was very clean, comfortable and decorated with great taste. The beach is literally on the doorstep and the area is the perfect place for a quiet and relaxing time. Thank you very much again Margarita!

Margarita was so sweet, so kind, so polite.. Our room was amazing, there was everthing that you may need including even sewing kit! The room was really clean. The ambiance was great. Location is excellent. We want to go there again and again!
