Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThe location is nearby Mykonos Windmills and Little Venice. The room is clean but so small, for one day night is OK. The staff has told us twice that the heavy lugguges is taken by ourselves 🤣 to the higher level's room.

FinlandI loved my stay at Elenis. It was just amazing. Great location and the room was big enough for one. I even got a ride to the port, which was just so nice.

United States of AmericaThe room I had was barely big enough for one person. It would be difficult for 2 people to stay in this room. There is no floorspace for your luggage.
Location was good. I was right in the village close to everything. The entrance to my room was on a quiet street. The balcony off my room was on the opposite side of the building and was on a busier street which made for great people watching later in the evenings. Frig in room. Nice, updated bathroom. Maria, that runs the place, can be reached by calling her. She always answers the phone. Her mom let me keep my luggage at her house, which was only a few doors down, as the ferry I was catching wasn't leaving until later in the afternoon.

AustraliaMaria was an exceptional host. Kind and helpful at all times. We had an apartment with a difficult access because we had in our group persons with mobility issues, and she helped us promptly to find a suitable room where everyone was comfortable and happy.

AustraliaThere was no provision for early check in and I had to wait around until check in time. Host did help me with storing the bags which was nice. A bit noisy but that is Mykonos in general at night. Price was okish for the experience.
Good room near the heart of Mykonos. Very close to some shops and groceries and the windmills. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

TurkeyAs I read in the comments, there is really noise outside between 12-5 a.m because of the Mykonos Nightlife. The hot water stopped working after the first day and I got really cold.
The best thing about the hotel is its location. It was really close to everything. I reached everywhere I wanted within walking distance. It is located in a very beautiful and sweet street. You experience the atmosphere of Mykonos. Also, the owners of the hotel are very friendly and hospitable.

BrazilHowever, with such a prime location comes a trade-off. The area is extremely loud, especially during the summer months, with people shouting and partying until about 5 in the morning. Although the room featured soundproof windows, I still found the noise level to be a bit disruptive to my sleep.
I recently had the pleasure of staying in Studio Eleni at the Old Port in Mykonos and it was a mixed bag of experiences. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the island's bustling life with easy access to dining, shopping, and various activities. You truly feel the unique vibe that Mykonos has to offer.

United KingdomFreeze is old and very noisy, especially at night, if you had sleeping issues, then it's not for you. It is a cheap place, you will have many young neighbors, rude and noisy even at 4am laughing outside, they knocked my door at midnight for no reason a few times. No hot water most of time but I was OK with cold shower. Remember, it's not a luxury place but convenient.
Very very Central, close to everything in mykonos. The owner are lovely ladies, respond to request promptly and tried best. Room is clean and tidy, daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and mattress. You have all you need to stay comfortably.

Turkeyif it is given some direction to the hotel by bus or walking, it could be better because the shuttle dropped us very far station and we had to walk with our luggages so long distance and it made us start our vacation very unhappy and tired:(
