Room was very noisy, being below the bar we heard way too much noise for the price. The pool water was ice cold Unfortunately, rude guests talking loudly and parading in front of everyone at the pool ruined an otherwise very nice time.

Location and pool area are stunning, staff is great.

The music played in the restaurant and pool area was incredibly loud and monotonous (pop cover tracks no originals so it all sounded the same and was far too loud). The room we stayed in had a loud whistling sound of the wind blowing against the closed window. Bedrooms quite small.

The view from the pool and outside restaurant/bar was stunning and the staff were all friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. The location very convenient for the Ferry port.

My only down point was that the shower unit was loose on the wall and would lose water pressure. It was a bit annoying seeing it was the premium suite

Amazing place, absolutely loved it. Although it’s not Oia, I would argue that it’s an even better view, and I don’t think you’re going to find a cheaper place with an infinity pool. The pool was amazing and plenty of daybeds available with drinks service. The staff were all very friend and helpful. It’s conveniently located close to the port if you’re coming via ferry, the pick up was easy to arrange. It was also easy to have a quad bike delivered to the hotel for us for further exploration. It only took us about 30 mins to get to Oia from the hotel via quad bike. The room was beautiful and worth every dollar.

Our room (403) was a little small for 3 people and we had a limited view of the caldera. Our balcony was also tiny and you couldn't really fit in the chairs as they are hard up against the wall on either side so sitting on our balcony and enjoying our limited view wasn't really an option. While I appreciate the establishment has to " put their best foot forward." as far as advertising goes, the photos were very misleading..At 350 euro a night I would also expect the room to have an iron so that we could iron our clothes..

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating ..The view from the pool area is stunning.

I booked a presidential suite with private pool and they tried to update my room for better but it wasnt comfortable at all, was hot with an indoor pool, so i insisted for my booked suite and they gave it to us and also I wonder why did they do this trouble(change) to me

The location of the hotel was too far from the center of attractions, e.g., Fira.

The spilt-level room was difficult for seniors like us. It was hard to climb to the room and go down to the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent! The service of the hotel staff was great! They were very helpful!

Nothing really, a couple things could be improved though - our rooms bin was full on arrival and the pillows aren’t overly comfortable. The area is quiet so the Hotel is practically dead after sunset, it’s a shame as it’s so stunning and the food and drinks are fab, maybe offering a happy hour or discount to guests in the evening to keep more custom would be good.

The property is STUNNING! The views over the Caldera are unbelievable and the sunset is the best I’ve ever seen! Our room had a balcony looking directly over the pool which was amazing. The area is quiet and much les touristy than others we visited. Food and drinks at the hotel were delicious.

Not the best price/quality ratio. Hotel is not a 5 stars hotel. There are too many small details (broken tiles in private pool and shower, corrosion in pool's stairs, broken handle in shower, dirty glasses, staff asking for permission to go through your private pool to reach other rooms, overused pool towels...) which could be easily solved and which do not give a good perception at all.

Incredible views from the Caldera and super friendly and supportive staff. Stunning sunset!!! Located not far away from Megalokhori, beautiful village.

They dont have the generator so could not sleep because of no electricity

room was good, pool was excellent. The only issue we faced was the Light went off for whole night and could not sleep. I hope it is one time issue.

The room stank of cigarette smoke and we had to air it out each time we came back from being away.

The location was overlooking the bay and away from the main tourist crowds. The view from the pool deck was amazing.

Wifi wasn't working for much of the stay but the hotel tried their best to resolve the situation. Rooms are a bit old and need a renovation. Drainage in the bathroom was poor. For the money it was decent.

The view is amazing and the staff were very friendly. The vibe was cool and modern elegant.

The comfort of bed and breakfast for lack of staff and variety of food.

Breakfast could be better. Asked for omelette and they said no yet I heard them make one for another person. Bed was not comfortable at all.
