The property is not wheel chair accesible. We had a friend who was injured during our holiday and required a wheelchair, which could not be arranged by the property.

The property was centrally located with nearness to main centre and was very clean. All the utilities were available and there was nothing that we wanted but was not available

The size is a perfection, balcony is amazing ambiance friendly for smoking etc, you have what you need inside the kitchen, no microwave.,size of the living room is perfect. Big closet, comfy bed, dim light in the room.

I suppose, this is rather typical for Athens: you are not allowed to flush the toilet paper 🫢. Mosquitoes 🦟 having fun on us all night, especially if the room had no raid-plug. Take several with you. But this is less on property itself, rather place and climate issue.

Location, number of rooms and beds, short distance to shops, central streets, parliament and Sintagma square, hop-on-hop-off stop, huge number of sockets including usb sockets, possibility of brewing morning coffee, comfortable beds and many other aspects.

Almost all Inner doors are squeaking. Need greasing. Dinning room lights are very dim. Also bathrooms. Some window screens are torn. Would have been great to include a washing machine

Rooms were a bit dark, better lighting is advisable in our opinion. There were only 3 pots available and some without lid. As we planned to cook inside the flat it would have been nice to have more choices.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the wood floor was quite noisy. Pay attention to the mail you get with instructions of getting in before you arrive

The location is fantastic, and the apartment is huge and nicely designed! 3 toilets, two showers, well equipped kitchen, and many closets.

Elevator is a bit small and stop 1 floor before (just be aware if you have big luggages) - Bar on rooftop on a building in same street, so a bit noisy Saturday night but fine if you keep the window closed

Very close to center (less than 10min walking) - Nice terrasse - 3 beers and 1 bottle of orange in the fridge when we arrived

The mosquitoes were always around no matter what. We hardly openned any windows and they found a way in. I also read this in a review and I confirm it's an annoying problem that I think the owners should find a solution for. The lighting could be better as well (minor).

The large bedroom was really nice in it's size. Plus it was renovated and looked good overall. The air conditioning was good and the location was absolutely great. Staff from Ola la were also mostly fast to respond but always were helpful and professional. Overall I suppose I would return.

Its was a bad smell of "old place" in the apartment, tolerable... we got the first flor purple wall apartment, it was very dark. Very. , dark walls, not enough light at the living room, must add light! I think the price could be a bit cheaper

Big apartment, contains all you need , beers and juice on the fridge, nice small balcony. Quiet neyberhood, nice place around for eat. Comfortable apartment. Check in is easy by their website and what's up, communication during the vacation through what's up (sometime takes time to answer) but the stuff was very determined to help! Even helped us with late checkout although they have no solution for this. I would recommend it ..

The mosquitos bites in the 1st night were terrible.. (in the next nights we used a mosquito repellent). In addition, the air conditioner in the sleeping room was very noisy. It could be nice if the lift could take us all the way up till the 5th floor (it is aplicable only till the 4th floor),

The location is very close to the center (~10 min. walk) and to a Metro station. The appartment is bug and had all we needed. The communication with the hosts was via whatsapp (and wasn't really needed). The beds were very comfortable and there was no noise at all from outside.

The location, the space, the thoughtfulness of having essentials in the apartment, the communication with the hosts, keyless entry. This apartment is ideal if you want to be close to the center of Athens with a peaceful nights sleep. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main shopping districts of Syntagma and Monastraki. Coffee shop below the apartment, top restaurants all within a stones throw. Supermarkets nearby. I would stay here again!
