눉The owners would speak to me using the singular of the Hellenic language (a, say, American analogue would be to be called "buddy" instead of "sir"). When I asked for a second set of blue towels for the sea, one of the owners replied "bring me back the previous ones and I'll give you the new", meaning "I want you to walk back to your room and come back here so that I know now whether you stole the other towels or not, instead of ten minutes later when the staff cleans the room" or what exactly? The owners were always around. The staff was really kind, but the whole thing felt slightly clumsy, like people hired from the greater family and trying to coordinate within a luxurious and ambitious developing family business. All this is not such a big deal, but the moment this comment is being written the communication experience is not of 5-star standards. I hope this will be fixed and one can enjoy the comfort of the flawless interactions with personnel that is aware of the fact you are paying ~150-250 euros per night instead of owners impatient to get the fruits of their big investment.
눇This hotel is being developed under a really simple idea: having a luxurious resort with authentic Hellenic features on a gorgeous Hellenic island with tremendous history, otherwise filled with Canary island-like cement boxes for tourists. One could call it Mykonos-style; I would say it is very elitistic without unnecessary elements of celebrity nonsense. At the moment this text is being written, the hotel is still under development. There was even a bit of construction taking place during our high-season stay, but it was discrete and didn't cause any trouble. The owners have paid a lot of attention to details, from the position of lights, to organizing jazz nights, to a guy collecting leaves and trash falling in the swimming pool and flowing waters day and night. The aesthetics were sensational. Breakfast was of very high quality. I visited this hotel with one of my girlfriends and I was really sad the other one had to stay back in Finland. The hotel and the room itself were crazy-inspirational. If you are the intense and/or thematic lovers types and not the "buy one beer get one for free" bulk tourist party folks, and you do not plan on staying in Lindos, Kouros exclusive is pretty much your only option. According to my humble opinion, Kouros exclusive would be an awesome adults-only facility and should orient itself so that it becomes a swingers destination in mid-term.

눇Nicely decorated room with very comfortable mattress. Can always find a spot poolside (many different choices from lounge chairs to a swing to a hammock). Friendly staff. Short walk to town centre and to beach.

눉Bed linen were not matching "exclusivity standards" (should be exchanged maybe?), cleaning not always 100% but acceptable 90%, charged airport transport in a non-air-conditioned van is not fitting to the exclusive style of the hotel overall.
눇Nice Pool, very good Overall Design, stylish place, good breakfast, recommendation to go - we would come back!
