Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOur sea view room was very small, so it felt quite cramped and a balcony always in shade. We saw other sea view rooms were much bigger, with a chaise etc. The view was nice though. There’s very little room to sunbathe round the pool and it’s mostly in shade. But it was nice for a brief chill out…
We liked the location, a quiet end of Kos Town, it was very clean and the breakfast was good.

United KingdomIf we did stay again, would probably go into town for evening meal.
Friendly reception staff and around 10 to 15 minutes walk to the port. We found the rooms comfortable, plus the hotel has the advantage of it's own small pool. There was a decent selection for breakfast.

United KingdomThe pool was in the shade for most of the day. Nothing the hotel could do about it but it meant that I wasn't inspired to use it.
Very central hotel, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Cross the road in front of the hotel and there is a tiny stony beach, which is suiatbel for a swim. The breakfast was varied and of excellent quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was comfortable. I would definately stay again.

United KingdomNo sea view sadly and the aircon wasn't Facing the room so was a bit useless. They would make up the room despite having do not disturb selected, but dildn't replenish the coffee. Also the bed is 2 singles pushed together rather than a double bed which is a bit annoying if you're a couple but still were very comfy.
The room had a balcony and was overall very pleasant. Highlight was the evening receptionist, she was always lovely and chatty and would make us feel very welcome. All the staff were excellent. Facilities were also great with a very needed pool and a good breakfast that would set you up for the day. It was greatly appreciated as well that even after checking out we could leave our bags in a secure place while we had one last day out before leaving. Would definitely come back here!

TurkeyThe safety box did not work and the pool was smaller than what was seen in the visuals in booking.com
Location was great, right in front of the beach and 1.1 km walk only from the ferry. It was very easy to reach and the hotel is very close to the old town and archeological sites. Breakfast was also decent and the room as we were a family of 4 was quite big and comfortable.

ItalyCoffees could be served fresh instead of the machine, it would really make a great personalised service. The swimming pool is tiny and it doesn't seem to be looked after, the swimming pool shower has very low pressure plus lots of leaves and dust into the pool. In general, the all place is not very well maintained, and it is a pity because the hotel is really nice and has good vibes. In the room there were a few dodgy spots and for this I think it was a bit overpriced.
Breakfast is really good and abundant, the location is fantastic to visit the city center but away from the crowds and a step away from the marina. Room is a good size and it had an amazing view over the coast plus breezy at evening. Staff is helpfull and helped us booking a couple of services.

AustraliaInitially we had an issue with the small Seaview room and the air conditioning not working to it’s potential, it was always extremely warm in our room and uncomfortably hot at night, the air con just wasn’t doing anything. After we told reception staff, they happily did all they could to arrange another room which was a great improvement. We could finally sleep. We didn’t use the pool as it always seemed to have many in or around it, not a lot of space to manoeuvre or to be secluded on your own. The sea across the road was a better choice in our opinion.
Triton Boutique Hotel was conveniently located in Kos town and across from the sea. We liked the most, the friendly and affable staff, nothing was a problem. Thank you to Katy, Maria and Marita they really were so helpful and always happy and easy to converse with. The room was kept immaculate by housekeeping, and breakfast had a good selection of typical Greek fare and with usual eggs, fruit and cereal on offer. It had a lovely breezy feel to the building and openness which we loved. Nice sea views also from our balcony room.

AustraliaRoom is very small and aircon is not very strong so never really cools the room down. Bathroom had a really strange layout the toilet roll holder and shower screen are really close on either side and make it a very tight squeeze.. The elevator is a bit scary. It’s an old type where you have to push the door open yourself.
Hotel is in a nice location with the beach across the road. We stayed for one night while waiting for our ferry to Rhodes. It’s about a 15 min walk to the ferry port. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool area is okay, but was quite messy and ground very wet all around. Good options at breakfast.

GreeceThe beach in front is not the best for swimming but it's ok for walks. The bathroom is separated from the room with a glass which under certain lighting conditions is partially see-through
Nice hotel just across the seaside. The room was not facing the main street so it was quiet throughout the day. The port and the city center are easy to reach on foot. Plenty of options for breakfast (buffet) and it was not the same every day. The personnel was friendly and always available to answer our questions. The room itself is spacious.
