Our hosts were more than helpful, welcoming and warm. They greeted us like true friends when we arrived, and made sure we didn't miss anything during our stay. We could turn to them for anything from pots and pans, to advice on restaurants, beaches, sites, and even ferry timetables. The rooms were extremely clean, and were kept that way by the staff during our entire stay. Parking is close and convenient, and the place is very peaceful and quiet. Overall, a truly great place to stay and have your peace of mind during your Thassos holiday :)

We are much grateful to Stelios and Elena for their hospitality, so much attention and taking care of us! We've never met such a treatment before! They provided us with everything we needed for comfortable staying. Stelios took us to the ferryboat station and gave us all the necessary information about the schedule of the buses and ferryboats, so that we could leave the island in stormy weather.

Everything was fine..

Dear Eleni and Stelios, first of all, thank you very much for your hospitality. With the magnificent suggestions of Stelios, our trip to Thassos passed with unforgettable memories. Our room was of sufficient size. It had a fantastic forest view and was ideal for a quiet sleep. It was a blessing that it was very close to the beach. The room cleaning was very sufficient. We have already started planning our next trip.

The kitchen could be better equipped

Extremely kind and thoughtful host. The location is excellent and what makes this accomodation special is the beautiful garden that the host beautifully cares for. We were only there for two days. Next time we will plan a longer stay.

A bit noisier than we expected, but that's because of the road that runs in front of the villa. The equipment in the room and the bathroom are slightly outdated

The villa is great. With a large flower garden. The room has a wonderful terrace. It has all the amenities. Cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every day. There is a convenient parking lot in the yard. Opposite the villa is a wonderful beach with extremely clean water and no waves. The hosts are very nice and kind.

Truly felt like home away from home! We loved the cozy, warm, friendly feel of the place. The beach is just across the street and it’s absolutely stunning. Sunbeds are free; you only pay for the drinks. Not to mention the beautiful blue and clear sea<3 Also, the best hosts ever! They really go above and beyond for their guests and we will definitely come back :) They even had the filter coffee machine which immediately made our day when we arrived :D 10/10 recommend

Everything was just PERFECT!

Stelios and Eleni best hosts! They invited us to eat supergood watermelon, delicious coffee and cheese pie. Very clean and cool rooms in hot days, each with balcony, free parking, big yard with tables and chairs. The beach is in front of the house, the best beach with clear water, deep enough, with many pines, not crowdy, free sunbeds, you are not conditionated to pay for it, only if you want you can buy something from the beachbar. You can also use your own umbrella. We we'll definitely be back to visit them again, in this green oasis with friendly people. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Iris. Stellios and Eleni are the perfect hosts. The villa is located 2 min away from the best beach in Thasos, with lots of natural shadow, it is quiet and not crowded. Rooms are big enough and have a small kitchenette. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and having a bunk bed for the kids was perfect. Rooms, sheets and towels are cleaned daily, better than 5 stars hotels. Also the garden is big so you can enjoy spending time with friends in the evening. Every request we had, the hosts made sure to help us super fast. We highly recommend this place!

I’ve visited a lot of booking places in Europe. In my opinion that’s the best host in all Europe! Stelios and his wife are so nice and communicative hosts who really care about you and your great time in the island. The rooms are clean, the villa is perfect and Stelios has beautiful garden where you can enjoy your mornings and evenings. Everything is in one hand distance. The beach, Prinos centre, the shops. If you need something just ask Stelios and he will solve your case better than Google. Believe me! We will visit again for sure!

The rooms are cleaned every day and everything is very clean. The host is here to help you in every way and he is very kind. The property has a private parking lot and nice garden with content for children. In front of the house is very nice beach with a forest where you can find natural shade. We highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Everything was perfect! The place is very beautiful, it has a large garden where you can park your car, there are tables outside, beautiful trees, and a swing for the children. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned every day. You can ask the owner for anything you need. The hosts are very nice, everyone is open, we had a lot of good conversations. It is a perfect place for those who want to relax, the nearest beach is a 2-minute walk from the house

Stunningly well located - up in the morning, walk for a couple of hundred meters and you are on a beautiful swimming beach (blue flag). Also within walking distance of ferry (Kavala) shops and tavernas. The friendliness of our hosts Stellios, Eleni and family made our stay really memorable. Their authentic hospitality is the real gem of Villa Iris. Located on a small peninsula so a good choice of quiet beaches all within walking distance. Some stony and some sandy. If there are waves on one beach then the other side is calm for swimming. A tranquil oasis amongst the August hwalk for a couple of hundred meters and you are on a beautiful swimming beach (blue flag). Also within walking distance of ferry (Kavala) shops and tavernas. The friendliness of our hosts Stellios, Eleni and family made our stay really memorable. Their authentic hospitality is the real gem of Villa Iris. Located on a small peninsula so a good choice of quiet beaches all within walking distance. Some stony and some sandy. If there are waves on one beach then the other side is calm for swimming. Villa Iris is a very beautiful and well-kept house in a quiet location not far from the beautiful beaches. We had a lovely studio with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful, large garden. Room service was perfect. Stelios and Elena are excellent hosts who leave almost no wish unfulfilled. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great location in front of a large beach with clear water. Good, secure parking place in the back yard. Spacious balconies for 3 sits. Close to tavernas and also to the city center aprox 15 min walk. Welcoming hosts. Good wifi. Daily cleaning of the room.

The first impression was great hospitality of our hosts Mrs Eleni and Mr. Stelios. They were very kind and at our service when ever we needed something. They speak English very good, the comuncation was fluent. The apartment was clear, we had a new towels every day, sheets changed on the second day. The great blue flag beach, Dasilio, is just acros the street. The market, beakery and the tavernas are near by, for a few minutes walk.

-It was quite loud at night because of the dogs and because the house is next to the street. -under the sheets was a plastic cover, the feeling was very uncomfortable and cringey -the mattress was very old and uncomfortable -the fridge was making a lot of noise, waking us up in the middle of the night. -the kitchenette was made of this old fridge and an old sink -owner needed a lot of attention and validation with small chats and asking us various questions. for us this was uncomfortable. -owner said it is excellent Wi-Fi, but there was no connection inside the room, we had to stay on the balcony to have any connection

The location is nice yet it needs to be refurbished

The hosts are very warm and funny. Jack, The boxer, too. Also The cats. Good english speakers. Upon arrival we were given a printed guide and a nap of The island, with tips and advices regarding nice places to be visited. În top of that Stelios - The owner, îs always available with ideas for your visits.. Location just across the beach which btw îs Blue flagged.
