Location of the proprety is excellent, two minutes from the beach and super market and entertinments for the kids. Cleanining of the appartment and change of sheets and towels was done every three days, while garbage was removed every day. The owner was very pleasent, helpful and hospitable and always smiling. It was a nice stay.

Friendly staff, great size room, newly refurbished bathroom, balcony and beds. Great touch to have a barbecue that guests can use and picnic tables as well.

There was an air condition just in front of the bed, which was a little problem. Have to move furniture to sleep. Also they made some mistake with rooms and need to move , but that is also not a big deal… Village is small and the few restaurants are not very good… Beach is 6 out of 10 on my scale for Greece. People around only from Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia :)

Bungalows were pretty nice. Main building is good too. Close to beach and main street. They have their own beach bar too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and specious with a vie towards the sea. They gave us a card with a discount for the beach bar right across the street. The place has a great location, nearby the Main Street. Highly recommend!

We had a kitchenette that we tried to avoid.

Nice location - right in the village centre, without noise from the beach and the streets, very clean and tidy. The price for the value was great. The parking spot was also a plus. The beach bar was the best one in Toroni.

That we booked only a few nights.... it was too short for the nice experience we had.

They were extremely welcoming, and the room we stayed in was with a large (SUP board large) terrace and a beautiful sea view. Hosts were there if you needed them, but otherwise, do not interfere. The room was specious, and the bed was comfortable. They also have a beachbar, which is among the best-looking ones, and you get 20% on sunbeds... if you plan to spend all day on a beach, this is awesome because they require minimal consumption, and you get all the facilities like showers, toilets, and comfortable chairs.

To be fair to future travelers - if there were 2 of us with a dog, or maybe 2 adults with a small child plus a dog this would be the best place to stay. In our case, with kids age 12 and 9 (rather tall for their age) staying here was a struggle - room that was rented as a room for 4 persons is not a room that can accommodate this number of people. We had a big bed, sofa bed and a camp bed that was placed in front of bathroom door which prevented easy entering (we needed to squeeze between a bed and a wall every time we wanted to go to bathroom). Room has a kitchenette with cutlery for 2 or 3 people. Dinning table is at the balcony and is really, really small (table, not the balcony). Owner provided us with more cutlery, another table and all that we needed but room is still not a room for 4 people. Internet is working well only in common area (which was stated in the ad but is still irritating). Although we had a nice stay, we felt a bit deceived - as if we paid for renting a mini-van and got a two-seater...

We are a family of four visiting Toroni for some 10 years now. This year we decided to take our dog with us which made us change the property we are usually renting. In Villa Maria we were welcomed with a dog which is a great plus. Villa Maria is really beautiful, relatively close to the beach, has a parking and staff is great and welcoming. Rooms are air-conditioned, clean and nicely decorated. Our room had a big balcony. Rooms are being cleaned daily. There is a common space which you can use with tables and barbeque. There are a few fast-food joints, restaurants and a large shop nearby. Closest part of Toroni beach might not be the best one, but you can easily walk for 50m more and get to the better part. With Villa Maria card you can have a discount for staying at a beautiful beach bar.

the first three days we didn't have wifi. there is club member card for the beach bar but discount was funny.. you need to spend min 30 eur for sunbeds on the beach which is ridiculous with two little kids...

The rusty refrigerator. The lack of privacy and sun light. There was a lot of sand on the floor when we came. Very poor quality for the price.
