An excellent hotel which was exceptionally clean with good facilities in a great location. Ritsa was always very helpful with advice on what to do/see and how to get around the island. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Staying in the south provided a quieter place to stay but so nice being away from the crowds of the north. The hotel was perfectly situated by being close to the beach and some great places to eat and drink.

The bathrooms require reconstruction, everything was functional, but it can be seen that their best days are already behind them. I would appreciate the offer of "real" coffee from a coffee machine, even for paying extra to the breakfast price.

Ritsa really is the heart and soul of Villa Olympia. You feel as if she welcomed you to her home, willingly helping with every request we had at her. The garden around Villa Olympia is beautiful. The rooms are furnished functionally, correspond to the description given in the offer. I appreciate the cleanliness not only in the room, but also in common areas and around the Villa. A private parking lot is also a bonus if you are considering renting a car.

A wonderful stay! Ritsa and all the staff go out of their way to help you. The pool was lovely and everything was really clean. Great choice at breakfast. Short walk to the beach. Tours nearby. Can’t recommend enough! Would gladly stay again.

Breakfast There were a few issues in the room such as the safe was problematic and the hairdryer didn't work. Saying that, the staff were quick to try to rectify and problems. Our room was a little tired and could definitely do with updating

It was an absolute amazing stay, Ritsa was so friendly and welcoming, we truly felt like at home. We got a lovely room with a balcony overviewing palm trees, it was beautiful! The beach was nearby and the pool was superb! I will definitely recommend staying there!

The room was a little sparse, but honestly wasn't an issue as we spent most of our time poolside or on an activity of some sort!

Fantastic location, shop close by for essentials and beach super close. Staff were SUPER helpful with anything we could need. Even when we made the mistake of changing the mode on the AC and needed to call at nearing midnight, Ritsa was so polite and happily sorted us out!

There was nothing to dislike.

I liked everything about the property. It was not very far from the beach, the staff were super friendly, the bed was the best, the bathroom was spacious, the brekfast spread was awesome, the food was great and their hospitality was amazing.

A little quiet for us and with no regular taxis around it was a little difficult to get around.

Breakfast was decent, it has a full bar and can serve snacks and meals too. It has a good sized pool and pool area for lounging. The grounds and rooms are lovely. It is a 5 minute walk to the main strip. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel

There was a smell from pipes in the room but fortunately it was gone right after we strated using shower and toilet.

All was amazing.

Villa Olympia is nicely situated (near to the shop, bus stop and beach), very clean and beautiful hotel. We were lucky to get one of the best apartments with big terrace and the view to the swimming pool and the sea. The whole villa is very clean, the garden is beautiful. Ritsa is a very helpful host, she explained us everything and reccomended places to see in the island. The transfer from the airport is included in the price and Ritsa also helps in arranging transport to the airport.

Everything was great, we have really enjoyed our stay here, I have no negative comments at all. It is a maximum 10 minutes walk to the beach, but we did not mind that since we prefer quieter places for vacation. Ritsa is a great host, not one of our questions or demands has been left unanswered and I would like to thank her once again for making our stay so pleasantville.

Breakfast is good but every Morning same food need to change little variety every day.

I like every thing. Good clean hotel, beautiful trees and flowers. Good staff , good guide for travel Santorini island . Good hospitality . Mind and body very relex this place. Good blue swimming pool .
