You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe property is in definite need of a refresh, so don’t expect any modern facilities. Cleanliness isn’t the best either. Plenty of previous guest evidence. So cleaning staff need to be monitored better.
This family run business are the friendliest hosts ever! From the moment you book, to during your stay there isn’t anything they won’t do to help you with transfers, tours or food locations. You are literally located behind the main high street with all the bars, restaurants and tourists shops. But you won’t hear anything at night to disturb your sleep.

SwitzerlandThe only small thing, the shower facilities… the water goes everywhere in the bathroom! But it‘s nothing you can‘t handle! Just have to be careful! Other than that the shower and toilet was super modern and nice! The water was NOT salty, like we experienced in other apartments last year so that‘s good!
The room was big and exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and the staff was super friendly! We loved it there! It was very central and if there‘s a problem they are happy to help! They even provide activities!

IrelandI booked a two bedroom apartment at Spiros family apartments in Laganas Greece for the Easter holidays. When I arrived it was only a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was freezing at night and very damp, water dripping down the windows and are clothes felt wet. The central heating was not working. They gave us a plug in heater which was unsafe around a one year old child. The stairs was very unsafe for children. There were no baby gates as stated in booking.com The surrounding area is not appropriate and unsightly. There is no garden view. The playground does not exist! There is no Pool and wellness center as indicated. No sun loungers or beach chairs. Everything is closed at Easter and customers should be told when booking. It indicates that it is five minutes from bars and restaurants. Only one restaurant is open.

Romania- when booking the property the photos were showing 2 separate bedrooms and 1 common area with a couch and a small kitchen . however that was not the case when we’ve arrived. The accommodation had only 1 separate bedroom upstairs and 1 bed in the “common” area with the small kitchen. We’ve complained about this to the owners which only acknowledge it. only after we’ve filled in a complain at Booking, they gave us another room in the next day. - the rooms are smaller that in the photos and have thin walls. The bathroom upstairs had a low ceiling making it very difficult to use it. - the furniture is rather classic and even though it can be observed that some improvements are made to it, it isn’t something that we’ve liked. - there is no coffee machine ; You can order some instant coffees from the reception with an extra charge.
- the property has a good location: close enough for tthe main road, far enough for not getting disturb by the loud music - the owners tried to make us happy when complaints were made and helped us with a ride to the airport ( extra charge) - the owners accommodated an issue with the door quickly ( the key broke while we tried to open the door)
