It has nothing to do with the property but be advised that mid september there are no restaurant options nearby, unless you go by car to Aegina Town or Agia Marina. It would be amazing if the hotel’s restaurant were open late season.

Kitchen was smaller than expected and we could only make snacks. The listing suggested we could make meals which we were not allowed to do so it was not what we were expecting.

The hotel was in a fantastic location! It was a short walk to the centre of Souvala where there was loads of place to eat and drink. It was also less than 5 mins walk to a sheltered beach with private loungers and umbrellas. The room had a great view of the sea. Staff were very friendly and we're very willing to reach out and help us with travelling to the island.

Very nice accommodation and comfortable room. Great sea view. Friendly staff, very good cleaning. Breakfast was great and abundant. The restaurant serves delicious meals with Greek and Italian twists. I wish to come back next year! For sightseeing you best bring your own car. I enjoyed the local bus though. Departure times are limited, but it made me have breakfast in the beautiful harbour of Perdika!

Great experience. The hotel is in a perfect location just a short walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and accommodating, definitely add breakfast for your stay it was delicious and different everyday!

We absolutely loved this place !! Amazing location, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel has everything you need. A private beach with sun beds and umbrellas, a bar/restaurant super cute with delicious food. Walking distance from Souvala port and lots of other restaurants. The room itself is spacious and very clean. We 100% recommend this place, such a gem !

The shower had a lot of mold in the grout. We were told that they are not allowed to use chlorine bleach because of environmental factors...

The restaurant on the premises was amazing!!! Highly recommend. We ate dinner one night and everybody's meal was outstanding. We also had drinks one night and the Porn Star Martini is unmatchable!! I've had it in other places and not as good!

Some electric cables were visible and reachable in rooms and pose a potential security threat for little children The bathroom window should be possible to be left open at all times and there is no point having an AC sensor on it

I would say it is a 3+ star hotel not 2 as it is officially labeled The breakfast is excellent value for money though it is 75% similar each day (not a la carte or Swedish buffet) The restaurant is excellent compared to others on the island and prices are very good (4 persons we paid around 70-100 euro each time

Too far from amenties, and a very very quiet resort, beach has graffiti on a building which was quite unpleasant to look at, needs to be painted over in white paint, then beach will be more appealing

Everything is perfect. The hotel is modern, clean, super comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! The staff is friedly and helpful. The location is calm and the beach is 50m. Simply: PERFECT!

Just 2 minutes from the beach,also Xanthippi had own sun beds at the beach. Good VALUE of money. The room number with sea view was an amazing. Excellent staff and very helpful.
