Overall a good hotel to stay for a couple of nights. The pool was a nice perk on a hot day in Flores. The staff is lacking the kindness of other places in Guatemala.

The bar area overlooking the lake was very nice. Our room had a bedroom with a huge bed as well as an entry room with kitchen facilities and seating area.

The apartment we stayed in had no windows so it wasn’t that great to hang out in.

The pool area was beautiful and the water refreshing. Then location was great as it was close to restaurants and easy to get transportation to excursions.

We stayed in the apartments over the road and they were very basic, although fine. Do wish the apartments had been advertised as over the road as we had no outside seating area and were expecting a balcony or view of some sorts. The apartments are run down and could do with some TLC. Upgrade pool furniture as comment above

The pool area is gorgeous (although more sun loungers or comfier seating could be offered, including umbrellas for shade). Staff were really friendly and gave us breakfast packaged up for earlier departure. Good location in Flores and a beautiful view overlooking the lake from the pool

Nice facilities, it was really hot out and AC worked perfectly. Let me into my room a couple hours before check in but could hang out at the restaurant/pool the whole morning without a problem.

There is a strong smell when you start the shower, but disappears after water runs. Expected issues for older buildings, I guess

Location fabulous. Has bar, restaurant, pool, jacuzzi. Great staff. Late checkout at 1 pm. Food and prices good. Fast internet and cable channels. Super comfortable bed and powerful shower. They help you to contact with boaters and tour companies for more activities and day trips. Not so quiet but party places end noise early.

Communication with staff was a little difficult as I speak very little Spanish.

Room was average size and clean and quiet. The location was good for tourism. One must speak a little Spanish. Breakfast was adequate.

We stayed in an apartment room in a separate block. Photos make this look like the rooms are upstairs, but they are ground floor and open straight out on to the very busy road. There is nowhere to sit and watch the world go by. There is a much more traffic on Flores than we expected, with locals crossing on to the island by ferry to avoid a long round trip, and the room opens on to the main route for this traffic. There was a lot of noise coming from above, and next door. This was of course out of the hotel's control.

The hotel is centrally located on Flores, and has all the necessary facilities. The reception staff were very kind, welcoming and patient. The restaurant staff were attentive and polite. We had a large clean room and plenty of fresh clean water.

The room was located in front of the street and it was quite noisy because of cars passing by. There are no windows in the entire room and it felt uncomfortable. Not recommended for claustrophobic people.

Common areas and staff are great. My room was located on the other side of the street and there was a lot of noise from cars and neighboring bars. There were no windows in the room, and it felt quite claustrophobic. The apartment was spacious and clean. The air conditioning functioned correctly.

Power CONSTANTLY goes out. This is not the place for you if you need reliable power or wifi.

The bathroom was small and the door awkwardly opened into it blocking the sink.

Great location and price! The Jacuzzi is such an added bonus. Highly recommend staying here!

Pool is on the small side. Everything else fine.

Modern apartment with excellent bathroom. Across the road from main hotel, but we didn't mind that. Right on road but bedroom was quiet. Nice breakfast.

The TV did not work

The room was nice and big. They had a fridge and the bed was comfortable. They had free breakfast and it was really good. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately I got sick during my stay and couldn't enjoy it as much as I wanted too, but I would stay there again.

Rooms are either small or not in the main building that is in front of the lake. Even the ones in front of the lake do not have lake view
