It's overpriced for what you get.

Comfy bed, clean. A proper hotel. All the balconies seem to face the lake which is great. There is a small gym which is good enough for weights exercise. The pool is ok too.

Sadly we where expecting more from the place, elevators need maintenance and the general feel of the hotel is that is old and hasn’t been renovated in a while.

Nice location and staff was nice. Especially with handling luggage and recommending places to visit.

The beds are very hard, even for me, and I sleep on a firm mattress at home!

The hotel is very nice and the fact that all of the rooms have balconies overlooking the lake is wonderful

A bit overpriced comparing the facilities. No refrigerator in the room, so could not keep the drinks cool. The water pressure in the shower was low.

No coffee creamer in the rooms - no wash cloths for face. I also like having the option of not having my room made up, I don’t need my sheets washed every night or new towels, it is environmentally un sustainable.

The location overlooking Lake Atitlan was wonderful! The room was spacious and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I enjoyed the swimming pool.

It was all good.

This is a large, modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect to find. Elevator, spacious room, comfortable beds, good shower, efficient check-in and check-out. Wide view of the lake and volcanoes from our room. Convenient to restaurants and services in Panajachel. Our stay was brief, so we did not experience the restaurant or pool area.

We didn't use pool, though large and a lovely setting, perhaps needs a little upgrade next.

Amazing views. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. We had a corner suite, worth every penny. Large room spacious bathroom, good towels. Simple stunning views from every angle. Whilst a large modern hotel, in busy downtown Pana, it was peaceful on the balcony

I was charged twice for a room service item and the rooms were very warm. I'd sweat if I weren't sitting directly next to the AC. The restaurant had a poor selection/not much to choose from and drinks stopped being served prior to their closing.

The concierge Abbey was super helpful and nice. I needed to do a wedding photo shooting and she advise me and help me.

Even if the property got refreshed / cleaned up it’s still a 80s’ building (or older) with limited charm. Consider it for the pool and as a good point for excursion.

Hotel has modern facilities, large pool and just in front of the lake (and where most boats are departing for day excursions)
