Only one restaurant and too horrible to see long queues there no matter for breakfast or dinner. For breakfast, there are four sessions from 7 to 11 am, one hour per session. However, not many food choices, and what’s worse, long queues again in front of the limited food.

Beautiful sea view and helpful staff. Glad that auto-drinking water machine, microwave and coffee maker are available at suites.

The room does not have a bathtub. It’s shower only.

I traveled with my husband and my 10 year old son. We were out every day touring Hong Kong and having dinner with friends, so did not use much amenities of the hotel. But we loved the room. The bed and sofa are so comfortable that they wipe away our fatigue every night. We had a water view room and loved the view every morning! Across the street there is a small strips of restaurants— Korean, Vietnamese, etc. Very good food.

Very large step over the side of the bath to get to the shower and odd to have a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom.

Perfect location for what we needed. Nice room with good facilities. Housekeeping staff were lovely.

The location made it tricky to hire a private car which we wanted for car seats for the kids. They had to drop us off at the entrance of discovery bay due to some restrictions.

I stayed there for so long that I notice the standards has dropped, however prices at certain times are very expensive. There are fewer staff, and hotel has no room service since COVID. I always arrive late to Hong Kong and 7elven in north plaza closes at 10. The bar next door closes at 12 but has no food. Even for someone who have stay at this hotel for many year, the buses to the hotel and the buses within Discovery bay are very confusing and time consuming. For the locals and hotel staff its very obvious but its is very confusing to tourists. Rooms are very cold in the winter, but its a Hong Kong thing not to have heating in hotels. But since windows dont open, they had to keep AC on to reduce humidity. The rooms with the walk in baths, the bath room is completely covered with water after a hot shower due to condensation on the walls, floor and ceiling. I think the rooms needs heaters and dehumidifiers.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years. Its close to the airport and its a short ferry ride to Central (30 minutes, and there is a new fery at north plaza). The rooms are much bigger than room at Central at similar prices. Discovery bay neighborhood is very nice, not crowded like Hong Kong. Rooms are very quiet.

The bathroom and all the furnishing look tired and need to be updated. The hotel location is not walking distance from the ferry port.

Room was okay, functional. Nice thick carpet flooring through out the rooms and the corridor area, so it is fairly sound proof.

No bell service to assist with luggage.

Hotel location on the bay, restaurants including a halal takeaway, cafes, convenience stores & supermarket are only a few steps away. Easy transportation, 20 min by taxi from airport and 20 min from Disneyland by free hotel shuttle. The reception was responsive. Mr. Brenden, the concierge on duty, was extremely helpful.

The coffee wasn’t very good, the pancake machine was very slow.

Telephone was dirty. No drinking glasses only mugs. Free upgrade from Mountain to Ocean view for regular client would have been nice since the hotel was not at full capacity.

Our confusion and frustration stemmed from the lack of clarity regarding taxi operational policies when arriving at or departing from Discovery Bay in Hong Kong. We encountered a situation where certain taxis were unwilling to venture into this particularly vexing area. The overall experience with taxis in Hong Kong was anxiety-inducing, as the driving style of many drivers seemed erratic and somewhat perilous. Navigating the bustling streets felt like a constant adventure, prompting concerns for our safety. Given these circumstances, we believe that the hotel could enhance the guest experience by offering a shuttle or taxi service, providing a more tranquil and secure means of transportation for those who prefer a less harrowing commute. Implementing such a service would not only address safety concerns but also contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of guests, offering a convenient and stress-free alternative to navigating the unpredictable taxi landscape in Hong Kong. Providing reliable transportation options would likely be well-received by visitors seeking a more peaceful mode of travel within the city.

We were delighted with the superb location of the hotel, surrounded by captivating scenery and a friendly atmosphere. The beauty of the surroundings added to the overall positive experience, and we appreciated the fact that almost everyone we encountered spoke English, which proved to be an unexpected bonus. The combination of the excellent location, the welcoming environment, and the convenience of communication in English made our stay truly enjoyable.

The room didn't have the sunken tub and some fixtures need to be tightened as they were loose in their fixtures.

The pillows in the room arent the greatest - uncomfortable. The first of 2 nights there was a huge noise from a room above(or next door?) I realised it was probably the shower. Very loud.

Good location, nice staff and seemed to have good facilities (although we didnt use them). The bed is nice and big and curtains are decent blackout style. Trabsport to disney is a nice bonus.
