Noisy kids in the pool area, buffet breakfast is expensive but there's a reasonable a la carte cafe next to the buffet area.

Great room (corner room), decent size, nicely designed and clean, really helpful and professional staff. It's right outside exit D of the MTR which is all accessible by lift (great for heavy bags). On site, there's a good roof top bar with harbour views. Plenty of lifts to cope with guests numbers (often not the case in Hong Kong). Didn't use the gym but it looked a decent one. The neighbourhood is local ie. residential with a handy supermarket close by.

The marble table inside the room makes me fell uncomfortable and not match with the style.

The hotel is non-smoking, so I don’t need to worry about the smell of the cigarette. I also like the breakfast and bar in 32F.

Nothing about the hotel itself but location is slightly less convenient if you plan on spending most of your time near or past the Central area or going to Kowloon a bunch.

Room was big with an excellent view, very comfortable bed and pillows, huge shower, clean space and good amenities. Helpful staff. Hotel located right by the Mtr exit was really convenient.

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, ROOM VERY CLEAN, BED/PILLOWS VERY COMFORTABLE, SHOWER EXCELLENT, KETTLE/TEA/COFFEE APPRECIATED. FRIDGE/WATER TAP ALL APPRECIATED. DO NOT DISTURB FUNCTION APPRECIATED. VERY PEACEFUL NIGHT SLEEP, WOULD RETURN AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

1.) Front desk night staff was not friendly. 2.) The bed is horrible, one side is tiled and it is hard. I developed back pain from staying at this hotel. There is no central heating, when it is cold weather, you can just turn on fan and the room stay cold. There are not enough hangers for clothes

Cafe staff on first floor was attentive and nice. I had breakfast there and had to do online work. They brought me water and show that they care. The house keeping staff is always accommodating and do a good job. Location is wonderful, very close to a MTR station. Day staff is very helpful and friendly

This is a great hotel, superbly located just metres from the underground. Rooms are incredible (we had harbour views) and include a fridge which is always useful. Breakfast superb and the staff incredibly friendly and interactive. We particularly liked the roof top terrace.

Price was good, location was great. Very close to MTR and a huge shopping centre with supermarkets etc. Check in was easy, the buffet we thought was better than we originally thought. Staffs were ok, not the friendliest people on earth, but there weren't rude.

Great location - near Tai Koo MTR. Hotel is spacious and right next to a mall. The mall is huge as well. Within walking distance, there are eateries and cafes. Great environment around the property - quiet but with sufficient amenities. Most importantly, the hotel was accommodating enough to allow early check in as my flight landed at 5am. Very grateful for that.

A bit far from downtown district. View not so great (facing some residential buildings), but there are blinds so I don’t mind it so much

If you are visiting Hong Kong u should stay in East Hong Kong. Very clean rooms, new building with wonderful restaurants, wonderful location (next to Tai Koo MTR), friendly, kind, helpful staff.. During our stay we had some health issues and the way staff help us was priceless. Thanks to all of East Hong Kong team one more time. Everything u did to us are unforgettable. Definitely one day we will come back there.

Not many amenities… The shower place is absolutely open without door.

Easy accessible via MRT. However, difficult to get taxi services at peak hour.
