The Lounge could use better interiors. It seems too modest for a Four Seasons property. Especially if one compares it to Argo. This restaurant is really just lovely.

The staff's service and attention to detail are exceptional. I especially like the housekeeping staff. They are invisible, like ninjas. I never met them. However, they never fail to delight us upon our return to our room. They put cord organizers to, well, organize our chargers. They replenish meticulously whatever item (food or non-food) that we use in the room. The complimentary mango gummies are delicious! The staff in the lobby and restaurants are also super attentive. We never have to call them for anything. They can anticipate our needs. You can have the most beautiful infrastructure, but the frontliners that the guests come in contact with are the heart of any hotel.

We had to leave after only four days…

The friendliness of the hotel staff left us speechless. All the rooms have been refurbished to a top standard during the pandemic. We booked a suite with stunning views of Victoria Harbour which came with access to a beautiful lounge on level 45. We’re lucky enough to be a well travelled family but this place is truly one of a kind. 100% recommended.

Food was good quality, but nothing exceptional we could not buy from local shops. We would prefer more variety and more premium ingredients. Especially coffee was slightly tasteless.

Beautiful view on Victoria Harbour, room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, outdoor pool is stunning with fantastic view and helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary fruit is provided in the room, we used executive lounge on the top floor, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Bathroom amenities sufficient. Housekeeping staff efficient and polite. Spa staff and therapists very helpful. Lobby Lounge service excellent with very good food. Really enjoyed in-room dining. Food at Lung King Heen very good. Basically, every staff member was polite and professional.

The hotel is absolutely phenomenal. The staff and everything about the Four Seasons is outstanding. Dinner at Caprice was a gift from god especially Nelson who was professional and made the experience a dream. Henry at the pool bar was great also and made my experience at the pool fantastic. Lastly the staff in the lounge and Argo were amazing. I’ll definitely be back just because of the staff which make the hotel to what it is. I’ve never stayed at a better hotel than the Four Seasons.

Pretty much everything is good. Room size just right and I especially enjoyed the recliner sofa next to the window. Room decor very relaxing; good color choices. Bathroom amenities good; I especially enjoyed the bathtub. All 4 breakfasts at the Lounge was very good, big portions, well prepared and they really keep client requests in mind. Room Service dinner beyond expectations. The spa offers great treatments and very good treatment rooms. Spa facilities are very good, especially the vitality pool. The staff are generally very well trained and helpful. The lobby staff excellent in anticipation of client needs. That is unusual and very much appreciated.
