Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South KoreaThe location is a little far from the airport or tourist attractions like the Victoria or Kowloon front Harbour where you can walk, take a ferry boat, or enjoy the light shows. The cold wind and rain the night we arrived made it difficult to walk around when they pushed my wheelchair. We still enjoyed the full day we spent there and flew out the next morning.
Staff was professional, courteous, and prompt. They replied fast to questions, assisted us with maps and directions to get us from location to another. It is a few feet away from train and public transportation. It’s convenient for tourists who have lots of time to explore. The front desk staff esp. Mr. Jordan, are very helpful. Excellent housekeeping crew who took care of the extra bed, blanket, and pillow. The hotel has a 7-11 convenience store, a mall with restaurants, and fast food chain like McDonald’s. Hongkong has Uber service that saved us time since I use a wheelchair. The hotel is handicapped friendly.

ThailandJust a con far from the center, took estimates 1 hours up by bus or train to get to attractions, but its not a problem we would like a bigger room and more quiet area.
The hotel is far from the center which make the neighborhood a bit more on residences side which is good to our preference, while its far from the center its so close to public transportation make it convenient, the room are really big and comfortable with this price in Hong Kong I would say its really good value. Check in take a bit long (lack of staff) but check out is super duper quick and easy. Hotel staff also responsive by email for my prior request and questions, which is something I really appreciated.

United States of AmericaThere doesn't seem to be heat in the rooms during the colder season, as HK is mostly hot, I don't believe this was considered in the design. I may be wrong but I have stayed here in other hotels in the cooler months and they seem the same. At times, I get a hint of smoke in the rooms although most floors are smoke free, I leave the bathroom fan on to aid in mitigating this.
I like HPRC and continue to use it over the years as it is outside of the city, with food and shopping areas close by. There is a tram out from that takes you to the subway which is really convenient. There is a park close by where you can go for walks, do some bird watching or just relax.

Hong KongNot as clean as it should be.
It’s 30 minute bus ride to Shenzhen which is exactly why I chose this hotel. There is a nice mall near by that has lots of restaurant and shops. Rooms have fridge and microwave.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is far from the city center where most of the tourist attractions are. The subway station is a 20 minutes walk, The MTR station can also be reached by a light rail close by.
The room is spacious and clean. The gym facility has lots of good equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to a shopping mall. The light rail and bus terminal are very close to the hotel.

PhilippinesThis accommodation offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms. However, its drawback lies in its considerable distance from the city, resulting in higher public transport costs and exhausting travel times exceeding an hour each way. The inconvenience extends to limited transportation availability at later hours, restricting your ability to stay out late.
The spacious rooms, daily housekeeping, and ample supplies enhance the overall experience. The hotel's proximity to numerous restaurants and fast-food options is convenient, and the nearby park provides a pleasant option for leisure.

United States of AmericaThe beds were like sleeping on cement blocks. I requested padding to be added to the mattress and was given a blanket to be placed under the mattress pad, which helped a bit. The room had cockroaches. There were no self laundry facilities and the cost of there laundry was extremely expensive.
The room was huge. We had two queen size beds. There was a screen that could be pulled out to separate them, almost like we were in separate rooms. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and nice.

PhilippinesThere is no microwave in the room or in the hotel so it's a challenge when you have outside food. There are not a lot of outlets in the room so we had to take turns charging our devices. Keep in mind that they use british plugs/outlets here so you may need an adapter. The hotel doesn't have any to lend/rent, but you can buy them at the mall attached to the hotel.
We were given a room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we arrived. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were relatively nice and helpful. There are malls and stores in the area and the Lightrail and Bus stops are close-by. We also loved walking through Tin Shui Wai Park. We had a lovely view on the 17th floor. It is worth what you pay for. I would stay here again.

PhilippinesThe staff were nice and helpful aside from the staff who named King (based on the template on his uniform) who were at the information and who attended to us when we arrived at the hotel at around midnight. He has an attitude and not accommodating, as a front liner he should have patience, and must be approachable and friendly, but he had none of those qualifications.
We didn’t try the buffet because we stayed at Tower One and the breakfast buffet is at Tower 2. So you have to make an effort to go to the other bldg if you want to have the breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel is very accessible. MTR and bus terminal are just a few blocks away from the hotel. Shopping malls and convenience stores are just within the area, just a few steps away from the hotel. The park is just outside of the hotel.

SpainTo mention something, there were no power outlets near the bed (or at least I could not find them). Charging the phone next to the desk at night was a bit inconvenient if I wanted to set up an alarm early in the morning. My friends mentioned it was pricy considering it is in Yuen Long, but it was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in HK.
The personnel were really attentive and welcoming. I arrived earlier than expected and they were very acommodating, allowing me to register and store my luggage until the check in time. The building was new and clean, and the room was huge for HK! It was also surrounded by bus stops, and the light rail was also right there.
