The Location, The Room.

Throughout the stay at Hyatt with the family it had incredible views of the sea. We loved the breakfast every morning as it had amazing selection of western and chinese food. The kids loved the stay in the hotel and I loved how efficient and clean it was.

No hotel bus service to airport or central. It’s clean but carpet is a bit old and stained slightly

Wonderful location and close to public transport. Staff services are excellent! Big room and lovely facilities. We really enjoyed the stay.

why need to pay the deposit hk$1700,return me after 2 weeks,out of my budget. l should know the deposit prior to the booking, very poor!

Check in and checkout queues took longer than expected.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed to relax. Great toiletries included and great sized bath. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but that was what I was after. Definitely would stay again. The bonus is the great views over the water.

No coffee or tea in the room. However all other facilities are available. The place was good for me as it is near to CHUK hospital where my course was but it is considered far away from the other places however the MTR station is close by. The price in the hotel is more expensive than booking which was strange.

The hotel is so convenient, super clean and elegant. Most of the staff are professional and friendly there is a gentleman his name is sunny in concierge disk he was so cooperative and made my life easy wish him the best.

No food options for vegetarians, even toast for breakfast / coffee was hard to get

Good room with view. Hotel allowed early check in to accommodate the early flight time, so cooperative. Location was good for my specific purpose ( near the hotel location), but not good for general tourist to HKH

Could have had real coffee possibilities plus more real milk in the fridge.

As before harbour view was amazing and visible from the bath. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Good seating possibilities. Good buffet breakfast included.

The sound proof of the hotel room is horrible. I can hear people next door laughing and talking in their own room. If you need a quiet place to rest, this hotel may not be the best choice.

The room is large and transportation is very convenient.

It took about an hour to check in and about 30 minutes to check out. So weird. One checkin person and a line of maybe 20 people. And once someone was at the counter, there was no quick turnaround. Average counter time per person was 14 minutes. Even after they called more staff, there seemed to be a problem with every check in. Even the most simple checkout in the morning (mine) took at least 10 minutes. So strange!

Great location, excellent facilities, comfortable room, great shower, and super comfortable beds.

Location as we were playing golf at Hong Kong Golf club at Fanling which is just 20-30 minutes by taxi. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool unfortunately was under maintenance. Short walk to university MTR station
