Room exceptionally good and comfortable; executive lounge service and offering excellent. Location cannot be beat; good to offer local call taxi service as alternative to hotel car to airport. Weekday lunch buffet superb offering, and excellent 40% discount for residents.

There are note in the room that they will have window cleaning so if you want private you can close the curtain from morning to sunset but not wrote the exact period of date time. The room have glass water bottles for drink but didn't provide any glasses or cups. Only glass you can find is the glass in bathroom. Normally even 3 stars hotel provide separate glasses for drinking and another in the bathroom. The most hotel staff seem politely and professional enough but feel lack of cordiality. Only concierge (luggage storage in B3) on our check out date that seem more friendly and helpful as if they were different hotel staffs.

The location is good. Mtr exit is at the hotel front door. And hotel connect with K11 art mall. The room quite spacious and clean. The most staff I found have good communication in English.

Slightly dated. Lights to the hotel room were not working. Feedback however were provided to the hotel and the GM acknowledged the feedback which was good.

Location was fantastic as K11 Art and TST MTR were next door; the hotel staff service were good.

Staff not friendly. Difficult to find taxi, no staff who can help. The shower in the swimming pool doesn't work.

Bit crowded in the area especially on weekends. Breakfast spread never changed and staff could be more attentive.

The hotel breakfast was disappointing. On our last night we decided to try the hotel breakfast at a super discounted price because we are hotel guest. To our surprise, a 5 stars hotel like hyatt regency serve very limited choices for breakfast. Lucky we decided to try and pay for only for one day. Rather disappointing though.

The location of this Hotel is good. Right in front of the hotel entrance is East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit (N1 and N2). Can also take Exit D1 from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (Tsun Wan line) to reach the hotel. K11 Art Mall is right beside the hotel. And it is walking distance (abt 10min) to K11 Musea and Habour City. There is many eatery places around this hotel too.

basic food in the club lounge, some of the lifts were not working or taking you up your floor but then not opening the doors so I had to go back down again and try another lift, not a pleasant experience.

very well located in TST district and directly connected to a shopping Mall and a MTR train station. Staff were very helpful and polite and the views from the club lounge were nice.

Daily breakfast buffet are great but the dishes are 90 to 95% similar for 5 day stay. Too bored for my taste buds.

Thanks to the service crews that provide comfortable, clean bed and room. Rest room are clean. Great location to MTR and shopping malls. Good for family.

The Reception area can be a bit more welcoming.

Just a 35 min taxi ride to the hotel and taxi fare is reasonable. Very close to the MTR (underground) entrance. We use mainly MTR to other places; we find Hyatt’s location is unbeatable. The king bedroom is spacious. Mattress is quite firm to our liking. The selection of foods is more than adequate for breakfast. We thank all the staff - Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping and Baggage Services. You are courteous, friendly and helpful and that make our stay enjoyable. Special mention of Arthur who helped us check out. He explained everything very clearly.
