눉1. We asked for another bottle because we only found 1 in our room. We were told that complimentary bottled water is only 1 per day for twin room and 2 per day for triple room. 2. Safety deposit box is not working. I was assigning my own lock code but some numbers cannot be pressed. We reported it and 1 engineering and 1 front desk personnel came to assist us. Engineering guy taught me how to assign as if i donno how to use. He assigned 1111 and asked me to use that code! I said i want to change to my own code and i could not press the numbers i want. He insists its working by purposely choosing numbers that can be pressed and expected me to use his new code again. After i showed him numbers 5 and 9 cannot be pressed, he then said they will fix the deposit box but we need to wait and somebody has to be in the room while it is being fixed. Since we just arrived, i asked can we just change room. The front desk girl refused said it is troublesome on their side. Since we went to HK to shop, not to watch how to fix a safety deposit box, we just let this thing go. 3. Found 2 cockroaches inside the room. 1 dead cockroach inserted in the folded toilet footrug and 1 cockroach near the fridge. 4. Fridge is very old 5. We booked 3 rooms. The room nearest the lift has absolutely no wifi. My cousin and auntie have to go to our room to have signal. My brother's room on other hand is farthest from the lift and has poor signal. One night, my brother called to report that wifi is beyond tolerable. Can they do something about it. He was told "Sorry, we cannot do anything about it. Anyway, it is given to you for free". I find the last sentence rude and unnecessary, as if the customer owes it to the hotel or as if it is a privilege. We also witnessed another customer complaining at lobby about wifi.

눉The cleanliness. I saw your hotelkeeper cleaned the room. She wiped the towels to the toilet bowl and floor of the rest room. We requested to change our beddings. And she did but to our surprised she replaced and touched the beddings w/o removing her dirty gloves

눇One of the worse hotel. Very small room without any ventilation, no window in room, no natural light. Waste of money to pay over HKD900
