While the decor is a little bit dated, everything were in proper working condition, except for: 1. The drainage for the toilet sink is very slow. So the water built up very quickly although no blockage. See picture attached. 2. Air-conditioning was noisy. Cannot adjust the temperature as it only has fan 1,2,3 node. The lowest is super powerful (which is initially good cos hk was very very hot now) so after a while you would switch it off which made the room stuffy. So I had to on and off it a couple times a night. 3. Shower tap was a bit loose on the 2nd night as I could hear water dripping the whole night. 4. There's a shortage of staff attending to the left baggage station - apparently only 1 staff. I had to wait a good 15-20 min before I could get my luggage. I tried to ask the door-woman for help but she only asked me to wait and she said no one else could help as everyone is busy.

Staff at the check-in reception was polite and efficient - check in done quickly. The room that I was initially given was very noisy - it had renovation works going on during the day. When I went to feedback at the front desk, they immediately changed the room to another wing which is away from the works. No fuss from the staff. The best part is the location. Right outside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR exit so very convenient.

Comfort, relaxing and good night sleep. Harbour view widows were excellent.

There was no ironing facilities in the room. The closet was small. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the sink when we arrived. The bar doesn't stay open late.

Checkin/out was quick and easy. The location was excellent. The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was good though a little small. The view was great. The bathroom was a little small, could only have one person at a time in it. The breakfast was as per usual buffet set up.

The wi-fi was very weak and intermittent, and we had to wait in line to check-in for 45 minutes.

Location was excellent and our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet but it could use more variety from one day to the next.

The room was quite small, but it didn't really matter as we only used the room to sleep in.

The location is great, direct access to the MTR from the hotel, so there are no issues if the weather is not good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

They got rid of their club room with nightly happy hours for guests staying in the higher tier rooms. The rooms are overdue for renovation/updating.

Property location cannot be equaled. Easy to find and convenient to dining, transportation and sights

Quite old and dated. Small narrow rooms. Carpet and no luggage rack. Small TV

Excellent buffet lunch at the hotel. Location is near Tsim Tsha Tsui station and East Tsim Tsha Tsui station and the harbour is diagonallyopposite the road. Direct access to MTR stations at Exit L3. Direct lift access in front of hotel though we had difficulties locating the elevator from inside the MTR. Think clearer signage will be good. TV with international channels.

The hotel looks good but need renovations to keep minimum standard of service, AC not works properly and smelly, the price was little high for the place but this area is a totally overpriced. The price per night is not accurate for the rooms you can get

The property is good located near the metro so is easy to move around.

Check in queue was over 30mins, hotel has no swimming pool or gym for guests unless you pay for each visit at YMCA across the street

Bed mattress needed to be better, a little worn out and not flat, a little lumpy.
