To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCheck-in when the shuttle bus arrives can take ages - it took us about half-an-hour and it was hot and late, so this wasn't appreciated. The cafe and restaurants are expensive.
This hotel is well located for the airport though there is a lot of building work in the area so it's not a great journey. Once we were in our room, everything was OK. The hotel is well located if you want the Expo as there is a walkway that connects it. I wish we'd known you could catch the airport train (that goes on into town) from the Expo as we would have done that rather than wait for the shuttle bus.

AustraliaThe room was a bit too hot and it wasn't possible to turn up the AC any more. Also, although the shuttle bus is a welcome service, it could be more frequent at busy times. Once every 30 mins during an international expo isn't really enough.
Very convenient location for the airport - larger than expected room for Hong Kong as well, and the in-house Chinese restaurant was very enjoyable. We would stay here again if passing through HK.

Perfect location for transit or who want to stay near HK airport. Shuttle bus service is very convenient. The facilities inside the hotel is also very good with all amenities available inside the hotel. Asian Expo center is also like 2 mins walking distance away from hotel and so any business trip can also be perfect at this hotel. Plus, the hotel also have Board Meeting rooms, conference rooms which the guests can use which I felt was something beyond my expectations.

A beautiful contemporary hotel. Enjoyable bars and restaurants. Good choices including a delicious room service menu. Facilities were excellent. Room was beautiful. Clean and well presented. Staff were very accommodating. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Will stay here again.

CanadaIt is far from the city centre - though it was a good transit for my plans: the midpoint on the way out to stay a night and reset for another leg for a multicity and cross-pacific stopover.
Excellent location close to the MTR transit options, transfers and direct shuttles. Clean and well organized (though busy) lobby and lounge areas. Excellent staff ready to help with any questions.
