- Very cold in corridor. - A bit tricky to get to if you arrive in the middle of the night. - Costly compare to those located centrally. - No stair access to ground floor!? Very busy during the weekend when a lot of visitors to Noah's Ark exhibition.

- Friendly staff. - Good shower. - Reliable wifi. - Breakfast included - decent.

Transportation to and from the hotel was a little daunting at first, but was not that difficult once we worked out where the buses were.

A little bit isolated but not as hard to get to as first thought.

The guard in the front when doing the QR code. one of the man guard was very aggressive and rude when asking us the do the QR Code! racist maybe!? looks like it but the receptionist ladies were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel curtain looks very old with moulds 😅

It was near the beach, some restaurants and uselect for some drinks and a snacks.

hotel didn’t allow late check out.. need to to check out early like 11am.. otherise everything was excellent

quiet & peaceful location with beautiful scenic nature surroundings, for having Small nos of rooms.. had lots of fun on beach side.. convenient transport to Tsing yi.

Cleanliness - found a small cockroach crawling in the wardrobe.

We enjoyed the daily spread of breakfast. Would be better if the udon soup and porridge is hotter

The refrigerator was broken and we have a Birthday Cake, they need to storages to their office but still feel not enough cooler. Cake almost melts.

Lack of information prior to arrival about theme park activities that had to be booked or were not accessible. Very small room, all cabin beds

This hotel appears fraudulent. They do not have control of their booking system, if rooms are paid for or not. When I booked this hotel I had to pay in advance some time before the trip. That is not a problem. The problem is arriving late here and being forced to pay Again eventhough it was already paid for. She claimed it wasn't, and pretended like nothing when demanding to charge my card before giving me the key. As she, against my will and me protesting, tried repeatedly to charge my card again, the card was not working there eventhough minutes before at another place it did, and my worries increased how much these two days were gonna cost us, and Why we were forced to pay twice. After some angry emails on my part, to this economically incomentent establishment, and contacting Booking.com who was just about to make a case of it, I got money back, after almost two weeks. And a Lower amount than what I paid!! What a Shitplace from hell. Do Not stay here unless you want to be ripped off.

The room was nice and spacious.The location was pleasant with a nice beach right outside. Only a ferry trip away from the centre.

The area not very accessible and Ubers cant go in. When you arrive late the whole area is locked and dark and its quite a walk from the taxi drop off zone - not convenient with kids and luggage. The breakfast buffet is at a minimum but the few dishes they have are ok.

The location is not too far from Disneyland which was the main purpose of staying there. Family rooms are spacious.

Its not ideal hotel for Disneyland.metro is far, taxi also very expensive.hotel did not provide water.though 3 sockets were there,they closed 2 sockets and gave one socket, for laptop charging, hair dryer.i and kettles it possible to lik tht.very inconvenience. Outside balcony not safe,any one frm adjacent rooms can .come.safty is questionable.After coming to india,one credit card and gold earrings missing.it was there in last hotel.not worth fr money.hv to walk long fr hotel
