To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceSending clothes down for pressing, if you missed the morning cut off, took a bit too long to come back. An ATM in the lobby, rather than the bitcoin machine, would be very useful. Going all the way down to Jordan Station was annoying
Great room cleaning service. The hotel had two days of upgrading of power and water service and handled it very well. Location is ideal with bus access outside the door and the MTR downstairs.

SingaporeThe hotel lobby is not located in the ground level. The lobby in the second level is only accessible via escalator for guests which is inconvenient.
The location is very strategically located. The bus stop nearby has many buses that serve many places which i want to go. There are eating places which opens till late night, means food available when I'm hungry.

AustraliaThe design of the shower screen needs improving as the water runs out onto the floor each time the shower is used. This is for all the rooms! I know this might cost the hotel alot of money to have an upgrade to do them all at once. You can maybe do half then do the rest after so you're able to continue having travellers stay which will make them feel you're putting in the effort to make the hotel the number 1 choice when they come to Hong Kong again! Price gauging is something you need to change around high season period. We know you want to make more money, but seeing the changes the travellers are doing will only make the matter worst! You may need to change this type of thinking and invite more travellers by lowering or keep the price at an affordable rate even during the high season. This will keep travllers wanting stay at your hotel rather than spending the night at the train station!
The location is good. This is my 4th visit there and I'm feel they need to make some improvements with the beds and pillows they provide. They're overdue for new ones. They should also upgrade the room with more usb adaptors or outlets to keep up with the demand of the devices that travellers have while travelling.
