It was a bit expensive especially considering there is not even drink or snack machines. Convenience store nearby but for that price, I’d expect being able to be at least to get drinks from a machine and ice.

The location was excellent for me, I chose it because of the location. The room was spacious and clean. Good mattress, excellent quilt. Very nice bathroom with amenities. Very professional and smiling staff.

The room is a little small and I couldn't have much space for our 2 luggages. Would be even more comfortable if the room space is bigger. Almost same items for the breakfast for the past 4 days, a change of the menu is recommended.

I have been staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Hong Kong as I find the rooms very clean and comfortable although the walking distance to the MTR station may be around 8 mins. Food is conveniently located surrounding the hotel and nearby. The staff are also very helpful and polite. Will be back to stay again.

None, everything seems fine to me for the price I paid.

Very good location, close to all shops and eateries and a short walk to the metro station. All staff were friendly in my opinion, we tried the restaurant in the lower ground the food was great but a bit pushy for the bill at closing time and we want to order more drinks but it won’t let you. It was only 21.30. That was a bit let down otherwise we had a good time.

Room was perhaps a little smaller than I expected, but that was probably to be expected of the the average hotel room sizes in Hong Kong. Due to the smaller bathroom size, there is no bathtub as well but this was not really an issue for me. There was no standalone USB wall ports, so it would be advisable to bring in a travel adapter with USB ports if one needs to charge through it. Tried the breakfast and found it okay, although nothing too special for the HKD 70 price.

Location is in a quieter area of Mong Kok with about a 10 minute walk to Mong Kok MTR station, and is also close to the night markets such as Ladies Market. There are a lot of eateries nearby and a 7-11 convenience store as well. Room was kept pretty clean and a decent city view on a high floor.

It was quite expensive. Not enough space to store my clothes. The airport bus was a 10 min walk. If you have a lot of luggage you'll need a taxi.

The room was big enough for me as a single traveller. Location was in Kowloon, 10 min walk from the MTR. Short walk from shops and restaurants. Nice staff. Didn't take long to wait for the elevator to come. I experienced otherwise in other hotels.

The MTR stations are a bit of a walk (~10 mins) which might be a problem if you are someone who is less mobile.

Attention to detail by housekeeping. Good location, close to shops and Nathan Rd. Room was decent size and modern, with effective and working AC.

The tagline for the room I chose was "City View," but all I could see were dirty windows of other buildings. Even though it faced the road, it wasn't really a city view. Catchphrases that are misleading should not be used.

The air conditioner was working well and I felt comfortable even when I turned it off.
