You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The attention to detail for this hotel is impeccable! The interior design is modern contemporary and gorgeous. It was one of the best check ins I have ever experienced with a personal escort to the room and a tour of all the amenities. The restaurant, bar and library are absolutely fabulous. You are greeted with first name basis . . .it actually feel like home. Highly recommend will definitely return.

AustraliaThis is an elegant city hotel. Be sure to visit the reading room on the top floor, it has a wide selection of books and wonderful views. The service was excellent. Among other things, the staff arranged for international postage of some items which I had left behind. I highly recommend it.

Hong Kongthe bed was bad. it was too soft like there was inadequate support to the human body. the pillow is also pretty bad. my body was sore when I woke up and didnt feel energetic at all. Also the food was so bad. I think any other five star hotels are with restaurants that can easily beat it.
the unbeatable bathtub is everything. with it facing the sea and the city lights. the staff were super friendly as well.
