Absolutely loved it. Staff, food, position, room- felt really sad to leave. Wonderful place. Dinner also excellent- stunning lamb chops and also tuna.

This hotel is amazing. Perfectly situated on the marina front. They came and collected our bags from the ferry, greeted us with arrival drinks and made us feel very welcome. The staff did everything in their power to help us when we asked. The facilities are second to none with 3 different types of sauna, the Finnish style looking out over the bay and a lovely pool and gym just the right size. We will be back when we want to feel pampered. Even the price isn't bad bearing in mind we had 2 rooms. Restaurant food and breakfast was sublime.

Booking took us to a parking lot far from the property. The property had shuttle service for luggage in a more central location however when we used the booking app it took us to a different location. The hotel should provide this information on this application.

We took spa suite and that exceeded our expectations in all ways. Breakfast, dinner in restaurant, our suite, indoor pool, sunny terace, roof bar... all amazing. For sure will come back!

The hotel was excellent in every respect. They met us at the ferry with a golf cart to take our luggage, gave us champagne at check in and the location is ideal right on the marina, the breakfast was included and extensive, we ate at the Hotel restaurant both nights because it couldn’t be beat. When our ferry got cancelled we stayed another night at the hotel and they helped us re-work the rest of our trip. Hope to go back someday.

Great hotel, location and staff. Clean rooms and other hotel amenities. Beautiful rooftop bar and pool on the 4th floor. Excellent breakfast on the hotel terrace right by the sea promenade.

The room was smaller than i expected for the money with the sink and shower in the bedroom. the toilet was a cube in the corner of the room with no window. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The spa treatments were very expensive.

The breakfast was excellent. The location is the best. The hotel facilites were excellent and the staff fantastic and very polite and helpful. We were really pleasantly surprised that the staff met us at the ferry to take our luggage.

The pool was lovely but cold.

We loved this hotel. We had a suite with a seaview that was roomy, comfortable, and beautiful. I never wanted to close the curtains because the view was so lovely. The breakfast was great1! The staff was friendly and helpful. They met us at the ferry and drove our luggage to the hotel. When we left, they stored our luggage and then brought it to the right ferry.

Excellent location - Right on the edge of the harbour in the centre of the town. Lovely rooftop pool and spa area - super clean and amazing views of the harbour and Islands. Upgraded to a suite which was great. Super professional staff. Met us from the ferry and transported our luggage for us.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I’d read all the wonderful reviews so maybe that’s why we expected better quality food. Buffet breakfast had healthy choices but if you wanted the buffet Scrambled Eggs & Bacon that was terrible. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast menu; however you weren’t aware of it! They only gave it to us when we spotted others ordering from it. This wasn’t good, they should bring it automatically when you arrive. The Rooftop bars service was not good, we sat down at a table around 8pm but nobody took order; had to find someone. This was strange as they only had one other table occupied. The staff didn’t seem to care about it, we didn’t bother to go back again.

The hotels position right on harbour with beautiful view was amazing. We stayed in the Penthouse suite which had a wonderful view and balcony with small table & chairs. This was the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Some people may find it a bit noisy even out of season due to it being a busy harbour but we didn’t mind. We had two wonderful meals at the hotel, the service was amazingly attentive, friendly & professional.
