Lovely big terrace but no seats! Housekeeping eventually found one - for three of us. Mattress on one side of the bed was so misshapen we kept falling off it and eventually swapped it for one on the bunk beds. Why only supply one pillows each, most UK hotels at least have spare in the wardrobe, saves housekeeping having to run around getting them. It was odd and not very sensible having to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle.

Good-sized room for three. All inclusive was useful on our last night before flying out. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The pool area looked nice (too cold to swim in at that time. Proximity to the beach was good. Fruit basket was nice.

Additional guests had arrived on our last two nights, buffet dinner ran out of food it seemed like the kitchen was unprepared for their arrival. Long queues on these two nights for food. Pool towels were only accessible in two hourly slots. Still hot in the room even with air con.

Very friendly reception staff, kids club rep was fantastic. Comfy beds, clean, great beach location. Good selection of fresh food. We received a room upgrade to sea view which had great views. Nice shop on site...have to to half or full board in off peak season as many surrounding restaurants were not yet open

After a cancelled flight and a last minute booking, the lovely reception staff gave me an early check in and an upgrade , both of which were appreciated. The hotels a little dated, but great location, easy walk to caveat old town , lots of resturants close by and you’re right on the water.

This is certainly not a 4* hotel, at most it is a 3* hotel. The hotel is very old and needs renovations. The indoor was ice cold and changing room/tiles were very dirty. The food/drinks are terrible, I am glad I only did bed and breakfast and not all inclusive. I ate breakfast at Cavtat port everyday as i did not enjoy one thing from the breakfast menu. They also make up the prices at the bar, everyday I was getting charged a different price for the cocktail.

Great location as it is right next to the beach which has clear water and a 10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants. You can also jump on the boat to Dubrovnik outside the hotel which runs every hour and other excursions. They also had kayaking, paddle boarding etc on the beach which is only €10 for an hour. Except location, the only good thing was the bedroom was nice and hotel staff friendly.

All inclusive drinks could be better, beer was decent, wine ok but spirits pretty poor.

Property is in a wonderful location with a 50meter walk from the pool to the pristine sea. Easy and leisurely stroll to Cavtat centre. Pool and surrounding areas very clean, all inclusive food was good and well presented, all inclusive drinks were pretty basic but didn’t spoil the holiday.

The food/coffee was plentiful but bland. The staff were very hands off rather than pleasant and welcoming. There were no signs outside of the property.

The balcony wasn't 100% clean, my tea cups weren't changed the whole stay nor was the room vacuumed. Plus gardeners very noisily cut the grass outside the rooms at 8am one day and woke me up. It went on for a longer than seemed necessary. Also if you're not all inclusive it's €4.50 for a soft drink which is very expensive. I went to a shop outside instead! I still had a lovely time though, improving these things would just be the cherry on top.

Breakfast was ace; plentiful and lots of choice, pool was big and very clean. All the outside area was spotless! The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful and friendly- it makes such a difference. Plus the location and the proximity to the beach was perfect! Oh and the room was very big with a fridge and a next-to-new bathroom which was great. I was in room A108.

The double bed was actually two singles put together which was not ideal. Breakfast coffee is terrible, almost undrinkable, bitter...so bad... they really need to get proper coffee machines for breakfast. I was very disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have its own beach. It is situated right on the beach and I was very surprised when I was asked to pay to use a parasol and sun lounge on the beach.

The buffet was pretty good, more for the price. Just next to the beach. Friendly reception staff. Free parking.

The food was disappointing, always the same for breakfast, vegetables soaking in oil, huge lines for pancakes if you didn't come in early.

Overall good experience for a family hotel. The rooms were correct and the room staff was exceptionally nice, always asking if we needed something extra.

Pool area a bit small for this size of hotel, they should combine adults & toddler pool (which was mostly empty) into one big pool area.

The beach in front of the hotel is a public one, so a bit crowded, so sun-beds and umbrellas have to be rented out early.

Staff at the bar could be more friendly and polite. They seem like they were forced to work there. They hardly say hello when you are ordering a drink. Furthermore, children corner for lunch and dinner could be more diverse - we spent 5 days in the hotel and for these 5 days it was always french fries and fried meat.

Great thing is that the hotel is at the beach, so you can take a swim in a pool and in the sea. Excellent for children because of pools - a shallow one and a deeper one. Food is excellent for the price. Rooms are clean and tidy. Great thing is that you can choose from 3 pillow types - we used shape memory pillows.

BEWARE - The room categorisations are very misleading..... We took up the Booking.com offer of an upgrade from 'Superior' to a 'Premium' room, on arrival there was nothing visibly 'Premium' about the room, and in fact it had a TINY balcony with a bad view. I objected and was moved to a room with a better sized balcony. Breakfast coffee is terrible, almost undrinkable, bitter...so bad... they really need to get proper coffee machines for breakfast. Fried eggs and pancakes are cooked fresh but you have to wait and sometimes the person cooking the eggs makes a total mess of it.....broken and messed up fried eggs are not nice even if fresh... Zero hotel bar atmosphere in the evening. Sitting outdoors - The hotel bar is a long way from the outdoor evening terrace, and one floor up! Sitting Indoors - The indoor lobby / bar area is huge but has zero atmosphere.. Horrible old 'Spa' showers - On our last day we were able to use the 'spa' to shower and change, the Spa showers were old and dirty, all of shower head supports had broken and not been replaced, lightbulbs were missing and there was no shower soap.

I was very disappointed to find out that hotel did not its own beach. It is situated right on the beach and I was very surprised when I was asked to pay to use parasol and sun lounge on the beach. As I previously stayed at the company’s sister hotel next door, Epidaurus, I was surprised to find out that they do not share beach space. Perhaps that is something to be addressesed. Pool area is very busy with various activities and shallow pool for babies is hardly used even it’s is quite large in size. Perhaps baby pool could be made smaller and have two ‘big pools.

no double beds, just twins pushed together. pool towels only available to rent at a desk that’s open for 1 hour in the morning and one hour in the evening so it was awkward to try and get one. at breakfast they ran out of cutlery one day and put out some murky looking knives.

drinks could have been less watered down, could / should have had a single king size mattress (I heard lots of complaints from other guests) and not have a whole in the middle of the bed. No ability to reserve a car park. Would have been nice to know that you will not have to park in the street! Would like more variation on the kids cocktails... only 1 available.

plenty of things for my daughter to do during the stay, so she was not bored. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and hard working. Plenty of water sports available, Food in the restaurant was replenished very frequently, I did not experience lacking anything I was looking for.
