We had a wonderful stay here at Apartments Komel . The hosts Kristijan and Danijela are very friendly and our apartment was very comfortable with great views of the coast! Also free private parking was available.

Privacy is somewhat questionable since glass doors and lot of people walking in front of the room, so... Parking lot is easy to find once you know where it is, but on the first visit? well, no.

Just a bit too far out for me having said that the location was beautiful and this is no reflection on how welcome the hosts made me feel!!

Lovely self contained apartment in a family home on the outskirts of Opatija,the hosts were welcoming and friendly,the communication with the hosts was clear and consise,the apartment was really clean and welcoming,all in all a really good stay,the location is a good 20 minute walk into the town,the beache area really near 5 mins away.

It was a great apartment close to the Beach. It was private but still cosy. Sweet host who took her time to answer questions. The Beach were perfect and rijeka city was very nearby.

The Apartment was really clean and spacious. Kitchen and the rooms are equipped in all necessary stuff. It has a big parking so there is not a problem to park a car. View from the balcony was amazing.

This wasn't a problem for us, but I wouldn't recommend this place for people who have difficulties to walk. Indeed you need to take stairs from the parking to the apartment and the place is the heights, so you need to walk down to the Lungomare and walk up back.

The apartment was bigger than expected and had a wonderful sea view. The host are lovely and fun. Big parking on premises. Great kitchen and washing machine.

The apartment has a good seaview. It was a good value for the price. It is pretty spacious and there are all facilities one needs. It has a private parking space too! He hosts were very friendly and easygoing.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable. Chairs are dated and need to be replaced. There was a condensation in almost all rooms as my stay was during winter period. Heating is by air conditioning.

There were efforts about some nice details in the apartment to make it look cozy and there’s a beautiful garden. There are cups and glasses and dishes. It would be nice if owner would at least prepare some small packages of 3in1 coffee for welcoming guests or something like that. Good communication with the owner.

Unfortunately, due to the works within the building, we did not get the apartment we booked "One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View". On the arrival, the hosts offered us a replacement accommodation "Comfort Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View", which unfortunately did not have a living room in the way we expected, which is why we originally chose "One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View" apartment. Because of that, we were a little disappointed. We could have been told in advance that our apartment is not available so that we could decide whether the replacement accommodation suits us or not before arriving in Opatija. Everything else was fine.

The hosts were approachable and unobtrusive. Upon arrival, we received the necessary information and a map of the city with marked sights. Parking on-premises.
