For suggestion to improve: Inside apartment lacks womanly touch. No lamps in living room or bedroom. No air conditioning in two bedrooms very hot without but I knew when I booked. No pictures in bedrooms. Main bedroom could use a dressing table and mirror

The view was stunning, the pool was great, washing machine, quietness of area, fresh croissants every morning lovely touch, sun beds, bus stop close to get into old town.

Great hospitality and service. Always fast to respond to any questions we had. Both before and during our stay. Both Mario, the owner and the cleaning staff checked in on us several times during our stay, just to see everything was OK. Always willing to assist to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Also, the fresh bread or croissants every morning on our door was a great touch. We were a family of 8, and had 3 apartments. Kids loved the pool. Bus stop to town is just 100 m from the house. 2€ pp one way.

The views from the apartment is probably the most amazing I’ve ever seen and the pool is really nice . The rooms are ok and good for the value of the money . The host is very friendly and helpful with all the information he sent me . I loved the breakfast on the door in the morning

The immediate location around the apartments doesn't have restaurants or bars. There are some locals bars / cafes around a 10-15 min walk away on the main road. They aren't really needed, though, with how easy it is to take the bus. Also, I noticed some free parking right at the property if a car was required. No negative comments to make at all.

A great stay for me and my family (2 adults, 3 kids, and a baby) in Apartment Pralas. We had very tasty baked treats on our door each morning, which were a lovely surprise, and the whole family loved them. A lovely location with views across the bay. It is very easy to get the 1a or 1b bus straight into Dubrovnik old town in 15-20 mins, bus stop just at the rear gate to the apartments. The pool is a fantastic feature, and the kids loved it. Communication with Mario was excellent who was always able to help with any requests or queries. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to any fellow travellers.

Beautiful studio apartment with a nice balcony that has a small view of the fjiord. The residence is amazing, with a nice clean swimming pool, food shops are nearby and restaurants as well. The owners are really kind and the location just in front of the fjiord is wonderful. Really suggested!

Someone knocked on our door around 9pm while I was in shower , sacred my partner a bit. Still never found out who was knocking our door. Other than that , it was a nice stay in a quiet area , there was buses to old town which was good option .

The hose Mario was very good in helping out on how to access the room and parking . The host left small baskets of breakfast goodies in the morning which was very nice and thoughtful , thank you

The room was a bit small for us. Would definitely recommend booking a room with a sea view.

Mario and the team helped myself and my son when we became ill at the apartment, and went above and beyond to assist us. They were exceptional. And we are eternally grateful to them. Highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic apartment which is large, clean and tidy. The pool and sunbathing area is spacious with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lovely views from the apartment. Fabulous local restaurant and several supermarkets nearby.

Everything the hosts were so friendly and helpful. I would return in a heartbeat such a beautiful location away from the hustle of the city. Bus stop outside that runs regularly until late. Taxi took 10 mins to town. Very clean. Pool was added bonus. The hosts would hang a bag of pastries on your door each morning. Was such a sweet touch Thank you.

Hard to get the temperature down in the master bedroom.

The apartment was nice and clean, no bugs, the swimming pool was perfect, the staff was friendly, we got pastry every morning, a short walk to the bus stop.

Great location, had everything we needed. Got every morning a little breakfast surprise. The pool was clean and refreshing. 10 min down the road is a restaurant with amazing food. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.
