The apartment was noisy at night as people walked past and folks rummaged through the garbage just outside the front door. Only negative on the location is the nearby restaurant puts their trash and recycling in front of the front door.

Studio apartment with a small kitchen that had everything we needed to cook. We had been traveling a bit so buying food at the local market and cooking at home was really nice. The location could not be more central and perfect. The host was fantastic as well.

Not really a negative. I guess it can get noisy if people walk by because its so close to all the action We just used a white noise sound machine while sleeping and it drowned out any possible noise

This place was a perfect gem inside the palace walls. Close to so much to do and a good starting point for day trips. It was super clean and had everything we could need. The bed was super comfortable and the A/C worked great. We loved the look of the room, the extra little touches and her guidance about the area

The soundproofing of the room is pretty bad, even with closed windows I could hear clearly everything happening in the small street outside. Also the walking and talking of people above our room or next door can wake you up. The sleep quality in the morning is dependent on how much activity is going on outside on any given day. The bell tower will certainly wake you up early enough in the morning too. But hey, this is a room in the palace with original 4th Century walls. I bet the bells can be heard anywhere in the old city.

The location was so close to the palace and to the port, very convenient if you would like to spend most of the time in the old city. The studio apartment has pretty good size and the bed was comfy. The room doesn't really heat up during the day thanks to the thick walls and no direct sunlight through the windows.

it can be a little noisy around 1am when the bars shut but this was to be expected with such a central location.

amazing location, clean, comfortable bed & Melanie was so helpful - meeting us on the Riva to show us to the apartment, keeping in contact during our stay to ask if we needed anything and providing restaurant recommendations - and she even sent someone to the room after check out as we had forgotten our passports!! she made a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner on our arrival - Prosecco, strawberries, a card and gift - so lovely of her. couldn’t recommend enough :)

Can't identify what is bad... maybe 1st floor is not always a good choice, but it was very silent there.

Great location, right in the city centre however still very quiet on an evening. The apartments was fantastically equipped from linens to kitchen utensils. Host was so helpful with us, taking time at check in to give us lots of tips and recommenfation as we'd never been to split before.

The shower overflowed after 6-8 minutes. They asked me to leave my room for a couple of hours to get it fixed. The next day, it happened again. I spent the last night of my vacation mopping up floors. When I pay for a booking, the very least I expect is a working shower and clean sheets.

The host was caring and responsive. The location was ideal. And at first glance, the room was quite cute.

Very hard to get to with luggage. Diocletian Palace area is extremely crowded with tourists and very noisy.

Perhaps not a great choice for light sleepers. Although it's amazingly quiet for such a central location, when there is noise outside it's loud in the property but I don't think this can be helped.
