The apartment was well kitted out with everything you might need, in a great location 10 mins walk from the harbour and Diocletian’s palace, with great views.

Our only small fault was not being able to stand under a fixed shower on the wall to was our hair, but this would not stop us staying here again. Just be mindful that it's 16th floor if you don't like elevators!!!!!!

Host met us at the property promptly and was very thorough with her instuctions and information about the property and area including eateries. There are beautiful views from the 16th floor with a balcony to sit outside, the view over the bay from the large comfortable bed was lovely too. We did not cook at the property but all equipment there if needed. Very clean property 👌

everything was perfect in the property and the location was very easy to get to , PERFECT !!!

I do not know where to start with this property, the landlord is super sweetheart, did over and beyond to explain everything about split, where to go to eat, where to go to see things and even gave us a map. The property is a real penthouse with the best view in split and i can tell you this because it overviews the harbour and the city, its so good you do not even need to leave the property (but i advise that you should because split is beautiful).... The perfect location and the perfect host , i would even spend more to return to split if i could tomorrow !!!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. All areas of the flat were spotless and comfortable. The hosts had so much useful information on the area - we went with two of their recommendations and would have done more if we booked a longer stay. Felt like a home from home.

There was aircon in the living room but unfortunately not in the bedroom, we were provided with a fan but as it was 30⁰C at midnight this wasn't quite enough for us (personal preference) The apartment is actually a family home and is lived in by the owner. Although this wasn't a problem for us we feel it should be mentioned in the description. A minor inconvenience was when we arrived we were told we were unable to use the main oven even though use of a full kitchen was advertised.

The apartment was very clean, well finished and modern. The host was very welcoming, upon arrival there was a range of refreshments provided which was a nice suprise. The host was also very helpful by providing us with information about things to do, places to visit and places to eat etc, she also gave us her phone number and said any problems do not hesitate to contact her which was great! The location of the apartment is very good, 25 minute walk to the center of split and 10 minutes from the nearest beach, close to a supermarket and transport links. The views from the apartment are absolutely incredible 10/10.

Probably the best view in Split! The apartment was nice and very clean. It is located within a walking distance from the Old Town in a more quiet neighborhood. It is a perfect base for exploring Split. The host was very hospitable and there were refreshments waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. She also offered suggestions of good restaurants and activities in the area.

There is really nothing that we didn’t like, as everything was excellent. One feedback would be to make some dedicated space for guests who might have big suitcase / luggage.

Gorgeous view from the bed and living area. Lush Panasonic view from the balcony. Pretty little home plants. Modern and chic interiors with fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet amenities. Loved the little details being taken care by the host to give an exclusive personalised experience including perfumes of different high end luxe brands just at the doorway making it easier to smell fresh before you step out, collection of local drinks, wines and beers along with local grocery items, organically grown berries and other daily essentials stacked up in the refrigerator and the list goes on. Last but not the least and definitely the most important bit - the host Biljani and her daughter Ema. Extremely generous and warm human beings. Each time they went out of their way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. They greeted us personally on our arrival and explained about the property and Split in general in detail. Their kindness knows no bound which was came to fore when my spouse fell sick and Biljani was prompt to drive us to the hospital and do all that she could as an influencing local. Much appreciate their eye for hospitality and generosity.

The highlight of this property was the view! It’s unbeatable. All of the amenities and the short distance to the old town was just a bonus! The space was clean, well decorated and convenient to everything in Split. The host was kind and extremely helpful. When Ilocked myself out, she came to let me back in. I highly recommend staying here!
