Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed for Rovinj Bachata week and it was perfect for location. I was worried it would be loud but there were speakers and a 1000 people dancing out the window and we didn't hear a thing. Definetely hoping to stay next year.

The studio apartment is just across the piazza from the main gate to the old town, so it is very convenient for exploring the historic part of town and the port. You can walk to everything in less than ten minutes. The studio is nicely furnished and the AC, hot water, and internet worked great. Ivan, the host, was welcoming and very pleasant. He helped us to the parking lot, assisting with our luggage, provided an orientation to the apartment, and communicated promptly. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this studio apartment!

The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. It was very comfortable for the two of us for five nights. Ivan and Francesca were very helpful in addressing a couple of issues that came up. The apartment is on the first floor, and there is no elevator. There are ambient sounds from the square from early morning until late in the evening because the apartment is right above it. we enjoy the energy of vitality that came with those sounds, and Windows when closed, made the flat quite quiet. We appreciated being able to check in early on arrival and bone located food being able to store luggage after we checked out.

AustriaGreat location right in the center of Ronvinj, with very well isolated windows, so that it's not too loud at night, even when there is music playing outside. The parking space is about 5mins away from the accommodation. Ivan, the host, provided a shuttle service and picked us up with all the luggage. Public beaches are easy to reach, either by car, or boat or just a foot walk away. Also, there is a supermarket just on the other side of the small street, not even 20meters far. The apartment is very lovely as well. It offers well working air condition, kitchen with coffee machine and fridge, basically all you need. We really enjoyed our stay!

BulgariaAwesome place! In the middle of everything. Two restaurants around the entry door. All noise stops by 12pm which is fine by us. With the windows closed you’d hear nothing. Available AC, fridge, laundry machine. They pick you up and drop you off from the gated parking lot(10 euro per day). We’d love to go back some day!
