Communication w.r.t late check-ins could be better. I had booked the Andio main, but I was allocated Andio Annex, and it wasn't communicated in the messages clearly that were exchanged. So I had to visit both premises late night to find the room allocated to me.

Perfect location inside old city making it easy to start excursion early in the day for short time visitors in order to get extra time for city exploration. Clean and well maintained rooms

Location is unbelievably good. right in the heart of the old town. Get the breakfast voucher - it is good value for 10 euros. room we chose was very spacious and comfortable. Really recommend this place!

We stayed in the main building and the annex building. Both rooms were lovely and the beds were nice and comfortable. The staff were so nice and very accommodating with our luggage before and after check in. The location inside the old city is superb. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast coupons! Definitely worth it. Nice menu and they had plant based milk options for coffee :)

The bed needs an upgrade, something is wrong with the bed frame - the left side of the mattress collapsed when I sat on it.

Convenient and quiet location in the city center. Clean room (#9 in Andio Annex), available before the standard check-in time. Small terrace with a view over the roofs. Pleasant waiting area with comfy armchairs, books, homemade cherry brandy ☺, ... right behind the building entrance door.

Very difficult to get up the stairs. Firstly, there are a number of flights of stairs in the street that you have no alternative but to lug your suitcases up (I believe this is a common issue in Dubrovnik and you can pay someone to do it if you can find them), then the apartment (which is very sweet) is at the top of a very tight staircase (like going up a bell tower). As we were only there for one night, we opted to leave our luggage in the foyer and carry up only what we needed. However, we were in the annex building so the foyer was unstaffed, so any other visitors could have helped themselves to our luggage. So, a nice apartment, with some logistical things to be aware of.

Nice to have a small outdoor balcony and to let in fresh air.

Nothing really. It was not very quiet but we kind of expected that. Also it’s not really a “bed and breakfast” because breakfast is an additional cost once you check in, which we did not opt for.

Location location location! It’s seriously perfect. And also the communication was great! Very timely and thorough. The room had a loft which we didn’t use but was very spacious!

Our unit was on the top floor, but is manageable if you are in good shape and have small suitcases. It will be an effort to carry large luggage up the narrow stairs to the upper floors. WiFi was spotty at best, although the staff was working on improving it.

The location is great but the noise from outside was loud. Partying late into the night followed by the roller suit cases in the morning. A good sound proofing would something I would recommend looking into. The bed was also springy and the pillows light on filling.
