Didn't like the lumpy pillows

The light is really bad, i think they should change it because is really dark and when you try to cook dinner you don't see anything. Maybe also to have some basics like salt, pepper, oil and suggar will be nice.

The location is perfect to reach Zadar city center and about 20 min walking to the beach. Place is nice and clean.

This apartment is so close to the old city, it's a few minutes walking. You also have a bakery right next door and an convenient store, so if this is your first stop I would recommend to just buy you tooth paste, shower gel etc. here.The owner was super friendly as well. The only thing that could be a bit better was the airco, it was a bit hot during the night. Overall definitely a good place to spend the night.

The AC needs to be cleaned. There was a strange smell coming from it, and I suspect the filter and the coil needs to be cleaned. My wife's allergies were a problem because of the AC.

The location is great. It is close to some local markets, bakeries, and walk distance of the city center (5 minutes).

No microwave as advertised and unable to watch tv until it was remotely switched on by the manager. Also lumpy pillows and no bedside lamps.

The location was excellent, so near to the Old Town, just across City Bridge

We had no hot water. The button was switched off and the host forgot to either turn it on or to tell us to do so which is kind of unusual. We had no choice but to have a cold shower which is not what you expect from a 100-euro stay.

The host was nice and available and the room very clean, comfy and calm.

We had to wait half an hour for the lady with the keys :/ However we could go in into our room but we had to wait her and just after she left we could explore the city.

The floor was a bit squeaky but, it's fine .

Brilliant location, under five minutes to walk to the old town. Petra who met me to complete check in was great, very friendly and was available to answer any question and to provide help . The room was clean and tidy. Bathroom is a good size, little kitchen area with a fridge freezer, table and chair, air-conditioning was good.

- the room was not as modern as shown in the pictures - a lot of towels but all very small not adequate for showering - not enough outlets and not in convenient places - not so clean - we reserved “garden view” but the view was horrible and looked like an abandoned building - property told us only upon arrival that we could only pay cash, we lost a lot of money in commission by changing our euros, had they told us in advance we would have prepared

I love the localisation! Also the woman who took care of us. She was so nice and polite, moreover she helped to organise transport to the airport early morning 😉 Bet on the quality!

I guess it is not a good apartment for people with cars, since parking space is scarse.

Location is ideal for exploring Zadar. There is a small supermarket around the corner, the street s rather quiet and it's easy to find. Also, the owners are super-easy to make arrangements with.

There are two things to take care of: equip the room with bedside tables and sort out the problem with stinky drainage next to the sink. The smell is so painful.

Brilliant location, close to the old town, very calm. We we able to leave our suitcases in the bakery downstairs during the day when we left.
