The only thing that could have been improved upon would be a proper cover for the balcony. Mostly to keep it a little cleaner!

Perfect spot for a 6 night stay just outside of the main part of Dubrovnik! Approximately 15mins by taxi to the main gate of old Town! The villa was very clean and well equipped, having pretty much everything you would need to enjoy coffee and a light breakfast or lunch without having to go to a Cafe. If you wanted to prepare dinner, I personally would need a few more utensils, pots, etc. The owners - Marajana and Mato were lovely and were always quick to respond to any request or question. We were in touch well before my trip and they answered all my questions quickly! Marajana came and picked me up from the airport and drove me to the villa, showing me the area and pointing out things on the way! You can tell that they love their villa and it shows in how well they care for it and how much work they do to keep it maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again and will be informing family and friends that this is a wonderful spot, when travelling to Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is reachable by regular boat (return 15 euro, 30 min), regular bus (not direct), car (not recommended because of parking), taxi (one way 30 euro) and cable car from Homeland War Museum Srd Mountain (return 27 euro). Apartment is well-equiped, has two bedroms and two bathrooms, air-conditioned. Our terace was next to the fantastic swimming pool. Beachtowels provided every day. Garden is beautiful and huge with lot of chill areas, grill, pooltable and many shadows. Restaurants, shops are nearby. Beach is 5 minutes away (back 15 mins, because of hill). The hosts are friendly and very helpful. I truly reccomend this house.

Location, pool, hammocks, all staff very pleasant and helpful. We found everything to our liking and just a short walk to the lovely beaches. Really friendly people, we wouldn’t hesitate to go again and recommend to others.

I believe the vehicle parking area needs attention.

Booking in was easy and staff were always very helpful. Rooms kept very neat and the location of the facility is absolutely perfectly located, close to all essential shopping needs and to all other amenities. Will definitely stay there again. Pricing was exceptionally good for especially tourists that would mostly need the apartments just to stay in after a full day's sight seeing.

it was a bit far off from old town Dubrovnik have to get a taxi but it’s not too bad of a distance. the staff weren’t always at the reception and so it was hard to get into contact especially from coming from a different country but once sent messages on WhatsApp they would respond pretty quick and were helpful. it would have been better if the staff gave us a brief when they brought us into the apartment but that’s not a big issue. the place is a little overpriced but we booked last minute and during peak times so it’s understandable

the location was in mlini, close to the beach there which had many bars, the beach closeby is less than 5 minutes walk and really clean and nice. if you ask the for a taxi they’ll call it and it’s around 10-15 mins from old town Dubrovnik by car. property has many facilities, a pool, pool seats, fridge, stove, balcony and pool tablets etc staff are really friendly and very family friendly environment

Air conditioning in our room was working very poorly, the room itself is very modest, with basic equipment, meticulously calculated for the number of guests, so if you need one more spoon to stir the pot, it can be difficult. The playing area for kids was old and damaged. You can see that the place has its glory years behind it, but you can see that the owners are making an effort, but there are still some simple things to be made, that will increase the satisfaction of guests (like exchanging laundry dryer which was damaged). There is no gate so you need to keep an eye on kids every single second.

Very nice hosts, who helped us with the transfer, and prepared a room for us a little bit earlier. Very nice swimming pool (quite deep) with deck chairs, hammocks, shower, and fresh towels. We also made a grill twice, it was great to have such an opportunity. The path to the beach and restaurants is pretty close, you have to be prepared for many stairs (you can avoid them by taking a longer path), and you can choose between multiple beaches with rocks and sand.

Cannot fault this place at all!

Everything. Hosts were amazing! Very helpful and polite. The pool and surrounding areas were very clean. Plenty of sunbeds with towels, nice outdoor seating area including pool table. Room was good size and modern. Close to the beach, supermarket and airport. One of my favourite stays and accommodation and the hosts made it exceptional.
