Everything was great!

We had a great stay at Apartment Falcon. Well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, extremely clean, plenty of towels. The pool area was clean and well-kept, and we never had an issue sharing with the 2-3 other apartments that were in the block. Location was perfect - an easy 10-15 minute walk to the towns and restaurants of Stari Grad, but also very close to beaches. Our host, Marija, made the stay really welcoming, with loads of great recommendations and help.

The welcome and guidance from Marija, going above and beyond to ensure we could make the most of the time we had there, providing local knowledge and advice on everything from taxis, restaurants, where to rent a boat, store luggage, etc, etc. The apartment was modern, extremely clean and had everything we wanted and more.

There were no bad points, everything was perfect for us

The apartment was just perfect! Such an amazing location, just a short walk from the town in one direction and beautiful beaches in the other. Great facilities and all very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely pool and outdoor terrace but best of all Marija the host - could not have been more helpful, caring and friendly!! We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family. We will be back!

I’m an experienced traveler and never in my life I was treated with such a hospitality. Maria contacted me in advance and asked if I need any help with getting to the property. She was in touch daily, although there was no issues to be solved. She gave me small presents at the end to remember the place. I felt really like visiting my family rather than staying in a rented apartment. The flat itself is perfectly clean, has everything you need for a stay. Beautiful swimming pool to sunbath by and chill down after the sun. I wish to come back next summer and would regiment this property to everyone.

Nothing-It was Perfect!

The apartment was spotless. It was spacious with comfy beds. We were happy to have a 2 bedroom as we had our 17 year old son with us. The pool was a nice bonus for swimming in the evening. The walk to town is no more than 10 minutes and it's beautiful. There's a little bar along the path, we enjoyed stopping for a nightcap on our way home in the evenings. Maria the hostess couldn't be nicer! She helped us plan a beautiful day for our 25th anniversary and that was priceless.

The apartment was beautiful and perfectly located close to the beach and restaurants. It was perfect for us and just a 5 min walk to Stari Grad center. Maria is a lovely host and she really goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a great time. She have us so many tips on what to do, where to eat and what to see with her local expertise. We also loved Stari Grad, it’s a beautiful town that positively surprised us. It is very pittoresque and feels like the ”old genuine Croatia”. We are definitely coming back!

absolutely lovely experience. host was amazing, she spent time when we arrived to tell us best restaurants and beaches to go to. could not have asked for more. Apartment was very comfortable and having the pool was perfect to float in to cool off and to watch the starts at night. highly highly recommend.

Maria welcomed us with open arms, as if we were family. The apartment was very nice and was spotless. She gave us many tips on places and restaurants that were worth a visit. If we are going to Stari Grad again, we will definitly stay at Maria's apartments. Thank you for welcoming us, Maria.

Nothing everything is perfect

The apartment was amazing. We got a warm greeting from the host - Marija. She explained a lot about Stari Grad. She gave us a lot of amazing recommendation about the good restaurant, beach, museum around Hvar Island. She told us about the history of Stari Grad. We went to Stari Grad in the middle of our trip in Hvar island and I wish I met her earlier. The apartment location is close to Stari Grad city center and beautiful beaches. Since we rent our car during the trip, I'm guessing that it is quite easy to get taxi from Star Grad to Hvar City Center, or you can ask Marija. She would love to help you. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Marija is an excellent host and really went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay in Stari Grad. She organised a taxi to collect us off the ferry, brought us to the local supermarket on arrival to ensure we had supplies, brought us to Jelsa for our PCR tests and back and also drove us to Hvar to catch our ferry to Dubrovnik!! If that isn't going above and beyond what is expected then I don't what is! Thanks Marija for everything, I really do appreciate all you did for us.

We were warmly welcomed by Marija, a lovely, helpful and kind person, we stayed in contact with Marija during our stay, and thanks to Marija's recommendations we were able to visit beautiful places. The apartment is very clean, the terrace is quiet and has a nice pool.

We had a wonderful time staying here - the apartment was spotless, comfortable & well equipped. The outside space - gazebo, swimming pool & a view over the sea really made it special. Great location just a few minutes from the beaches. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! We liked all of it!

The apartment, the pool, the cabana, the view, and location are all beautiful! However, one of the best aspects of Apartment Mamic is Maria! She is so helpful, friendly, generous, and accommodating! She gave us a ride to the grocery store upon arrival and even offered to drive us to the lagoon the next day! Her recommendations for what to do were spot on! Thank you Maria for EVERYTHING that you did to make our stay so memorable!

We love the location, the house, the "Host"was the best ever!. My husband had to work everyday and the host took us to me and my son to the most beautiful beach in Hvar "Beach Jagodna"... spend time with a local in your holidays in my opinion is one of the best things it can happen!! I felt very lucky!! Marija you are fantastic host!!! We definitely will come back!!
