The apartment is conveniently located within a few minute's walk to the old town away from the crowds. It was fairly-equipped and perfect for a short stay.

Could use side tables next to the bed. Screens on windows so bugs don't come in when window is open.

Location is fantastic: 5 minutes to the entrance of the old town, grocery store just 1 minute away. The apartment is nice and modern. Very clean. Good communication with the host.

Maybe a suggestion will be to provide some little shower gel/shampoo for the bathroom.

The studio (no. 2) was clean and well equipped, located very close to the city center and various restaurants and markets (less than 10 minutes to the historical center). There were a kitchenette also well equipped. I appreciate that we could do self check-in considering that we've arrived after the midnight which was a big plus (the host explained very well how to do it). Everything went well and we had no problem while there.

Really nice apartment in the center of Zadar. Spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need. I really enjoy my stay in Zadar and would recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is not worth that money. First of all the apartment could be cleaner. The shower is leaking, so the bathroom is flooding all the time. The air conditioner was leaking as well. After my check in, when I was already at the beach,I recived a message from the owner that the air conditioner is broken, so it will come someone to fix it tomorrow. The owner asked me to leave the keys from the apart for the repairman in the little box ( from where you are taking the keys during the self check in/out ) since I will not be in the apartment. I was not comfortable to leave the keys and to have all my things in the room. But I did it anyway, I left the key and texted to the owner. After my message to the owner, since I told him that I find it really not okay this kind of situation, they got offended and decided to not even repair the damage on the air conditioner. Opening the only window in the apartment was not even an option, otherwise you will find yourself with all kind of bugs + you can’t have a privacy if you open the window. Also in the description you can read that you are getting a welcoming cake and drink, nothing from that, this I am not taking as a fault, but why to have that written if you are not providing this. There is also written that there is a safety deposit box, but there is not.

The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Everything what you need is near. And the fact that in my situation, it was possible to check in earlier then 14 h.

Very nicely appointed studio, comfortable beds, very clean and had everything needed. Great location, minutes to the old town and next to groceries and bakeries! Wish all our accommodations were like this. Thank you for making Zadar even better!

It has a perfect location: bakeries, cafés, grocery shops within 50 metres, the bridge to the old town is only a 1 min walk away. The apartment was very quiet , the bed really comfy. The key was available with a code in a small locker, so we didn’t need to meet the owner to get the key. We liked this flexi- bility. The communication with the owner was easy and quick. I can only recom- mend the place!

I didn't like staying on the ground floor on the level of the yard and street. Cleaness was above my level of expectation. The studio was very dark. There was a lack of communication with the hosts.

The best thing about the studio was its location next to the old town and Kozum market. Some information materials have been left. The hosts gave very precise instructions for getting the keys.

Shower water has a horrible smell on iron, it stays on the skin for hours. :-/

Nice accommodation in the city center. Just a few minutes walk across the pedestrian bridge to the peninsula where the old town is. Parking is very easy to find and is free. Friendly owner, with clear and kind communication. The key was waiting for me in a safe that I opened with the code obtained from the owner.
