The on street parking is up a long flight of steps and we had a lot of luggage.

Zladco was helpful and gave lots of tips. He greeted us and showed us everything and helped with parking.

The place was amazing! Close to the city center and but still away from the crowded places. You can literally walk to all places ans Zlatko is an amazing host, one of the friendliest I've encountered. Thank you Zlatko, for making Split a really nice experience!

The bed is a good size for two people, but it is very firm. My partner and I are more used to softer beds, but even so we slept well because we were so exhausted from our adventuring!

The location is a PERFECT base for exploring Split. Everything is close enough to walk to! Fantastic restaurants, convenience store, the Old Town (Diocletian's Palace), stairs to Marjan Hill, and the pier for the boat tours. The neighborhood is perfectly quiet at night to rest before another day of adventuring. It had the essentials for my partner and I and we greatly enjoyed our time. The host met us to show the apartment, provide some local recommendations, and we even sampled his homemade grappa!

Just perfect! The host was very caring, helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be better, it's close to the city centre, beach and also shops if you like to cook yourself. The apartment itself is well maintained, clean and pleasant. It's not huge but for two people it's perfect. Will definitely go back!

Location is perfect to access the town of Split by foot and the beaches. We came with our dog and it was great! The host is full of information and was waiting with a welcome cold glass of grapa! Definitely recommend

We left the property early as it was not healthy to remain there. The apartment was extremely damp, unsanitary and infested with cockroaches and other creatures. Clothes could not be stored in the wardrobe because of the damp and the creatures. The bedding and bed was dirty. The floors were dirty and falling apart in places, had to wear shoes at all times. This apartment does not meet the standard of 3 starts. This apartment should not be open to bookings as it is a risk to customers health.

in the description said there is sea view, at least from our apartment there was no view or light, because was located at a semi-basement. The cleaning was a little bit superficial, there was dust and hair on the floor.. the wifi doesn’t work so good.
