The smell of the room was unpleasant as the ventilation pipe of the kitchen is close to the window of the bathroom and the ceil looked musty.

Comfortable beds, Netflix, and good view, hairdryer, and the owner was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was also good.

It was advertised as a studio with a "kitchenette". Instead, it's a room with a mini fridge. There isn't even a tea kettle available, let alone a kitchenette.

The shower was a little bit old. Door is not sliding smoothly. Breakfast could be improved. Plates were more than half-empty. Orange juice was good.

Very sympatic owner that provide recommendations. Restaurant was good with the special risotto Get a fridge in the room I really appreciated the service from all the team.

Only to say that the room is advertised as having a kitchenette with stovetop, but there is only a fridge and kettle so really the listing needs to be updated. We didn't mind as we weren't planning to self cater but it could be a disappointment.

This place is in a good location - a short walk from the boat to Krka National Pak and to the town beach on the river. There are plenty of shops and eateries around. The room was spacious with a good bathroom and small outdoor space. Breakfast was OK - you can get eggs cooked fresh or an omlette and the coffee was good. It was very handy to have the free parking as you can just leave the car and walk into town. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The blanket (old fashion) Bathroom didn't seem clean. (it was clean but not cozy) Tub was great but didn't have a curtain so it feels a little cold because the bathroom was very big.

Everything was fine.

Rooms are nice, clean and big sized with balcony in a perfect location. Staff was very friendly and willing. They are preparing variety of delicious food in restaurant. For breakfast we had small but delicious buffet.

Frequent electricity power breakdowns make your stay adventurous; especially at summer hot season, when aircon does not work. Only one of the two rooms of the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, anyhow. The refrigerator in the room is too small for 4 persons. There is a restaurant downstairs with its advantages as well as disadvantages.

The apartment is within short walk to Skradin old town and beach. There are plenty of restaurants around beyond the one on the spot. Buffet breakfast is available on request (and at cost) Skradin is the most convenient base to visit Krka waterfalls, and also within short drive to Sibenik.

Literally no amenities including soap in the shower. Shower drain clogged. Rock hard pillows and late night noise and kitchen and cigarette smells coming from the restaurant to be replaced by early morning staff noise as they started work. Poor breakfast spread as well.
