We came early in the morning because we are travelling overnight with baby, did not expected that the room will be ready however we tried to asked at reception. The receptionist told us the the hotel is full but he will try to do his best. In 15 minutes he came that the room is ready and we were extremely thankful. The surprise came when we entered the room. He gave us the most amazing room with private pool and only said to enjoy it. I did not believe that so I send back my husband to ask and receptionist only said that it was free update and again that we should enjoy it. Totally loved it. And for baby it was perfect because she could sleep in the room during midday sun and we could enjoy the pool from our room. Our first vacation with baby was just perfect. We are extremely thankful for everything in this hotel. Staff was also very helpful during breakfast and dinner. Thank you again. Hope to see you next year

It is not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. It was quite difficult for us to take the baby to the beach and dinner.

We got a free room upgrade and we were able to check in 4 hours before check in time. Very nice of them. The property is extremely nice and well done plus the service was exceptional.

Had to pay for parking and then they couldn't find our car when we wanted to go out. Had to wait an hour for then to find it. Kept telling us it was outside when it wasn't. Food was overpriced for what you got in the restaurant by the sea.

Hotel is conveniently located near 2 small villages with plenty of food options. Rooms were a lovely size. Pools were great with plenty of seating. Breakfast was good. Beautiful setting

I have a question to the owner/ management of the hotel: Why do you have such a long list of chargeable services at you hotel? For this I mean the BASIC services for 5 star hotel, such as: - the sunbed and parasol for the guests of the hotel are NOT free of charge at the beach near the sea. It costs 10 and 7 eur accordingly; - I had a birthday during my stay and I called the bar to ask for 2 empty glasses for wine. And they told me that they can bring them for me for 2 eur per one empty glass. Seriously? - the spa area is also not free for the hotel guests. By the spa area I mean the sauna zone, which is always free at 5 star hotels. In order to go there you have to pay around 14 eur per person, which doesn’t mean they book it only for you, other people will also be there. - the parking is also not free for the guests of the hotel. Even though it costs only 5 eur per day, it is kind of strange for 5 star hotel. The hotel tries to charge for

The location is just perfect. The hotel is located in the stunning area, you are surrounded by incredible nature all around your stay. The hotel is new and very very clean. The food is amazing. The staff was always helpful and friendly.

It would add a bit more luxury if the breakfast would have some table service - queuing coffee and fried eggs could be easily handled by the current staff.

Very nice and comfortable hotel in between two small towns within walking distance. Good breakfast and dinner with wide selection.
