We liked everything. Sutivan is great for peacefull but somewhat active vaccation, which we needed. We enjoyed the appartment, cosy swimming pool, riding bycicles to and along beaches, some great beaches for swimming and enjoying sunset, morning espresso by the small port... Our host, Domagoj, was great, taking care everything is functioning perfectly, being the swimming pool, bicycles, information, always available, polite and positive. Thank you for your service, will be back again.

The apartment was clean, and really huge for 6 adult. It was fairly equipped (we missed a toaster) and the location is great. Few minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beaches. 2 min to a supermarket. We used all of the facilities. Loved the bikes (2 of them electric) and if you like biking check the trails, there is 3 with different difficulties. Domagoj cleaned the pool every morning and he made sure that we enjoy every moment of our stay. He was there when we needed him. Just make sure you ask him for recommendations. The pool and the pool area is very clean and we really enjoyed chilling there. There is a bbq as well, with lighters (we used it 2 times). We really enjoyed the place and I would go back. Good value for money.

a perfect stay, very good apartment. The host, Domagoj, is really doing all he can so the guests can relax and enjoy. extra service such as free bicycles, a BBQ, a bar etc All et all a great place to stay. The harbour with all kind of nice restaurants is 5 minutes walking.

A beautiful, family-run place. Very friendly and easy-going owners. Nice swimming pool and garden. You can take bikes to the beach. The rooms are clean and well- equipped.

A travel firm provided group bookings for 6 families with teenagers, who arrived on the Saturday and were noisy into the evenings.

Bretia is excellent place to have your vacation. Everytring is as described. The apartments are quite spacious and very clean. The swimmng pool is also clean and regularly maintained. The host Mario is very friendly and helpful person. He really helped us when we had problem with our car.

Sutivan is a delightful, calm, quiet village perfect for a holiday. We loved it! The environment of the accommodation is not the most ideal, but the proximity of Márió, the pool, the beach and Konzum simply had everything! Try MIKI restaurant! We'll be back!

Everything! All what is needed is there for a good deal. Apartment is clean & tidy, grocery shop across the road, kid’s playground very close, same as sea and public beach - just few minutes walking. Pool is there, things for barbecue, laundry and you can use bikes for free. And owner/manager, Mario - is the best! Thank you for amazing stay! Highly recommend and will come back for sure!

The property was so close to town center! It was clean and had everything we needed! The pool area was great! the free bikes to use were a fantastic add on! our host Mario was the most amazing .he deserves a medal! he was attentive and welcoming and so friendly. Clean and fresh appartment, good wi-fi, nice pool area and free bicycles. Near Sutivan center with a few restaurants and food stores. Mario was a fantastic host and gave is a tour around the city center, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of from Mario. We would love to come back int the future!!

The appartment was absolutely impeccable. These were the most comfortable beds and pillows in a very long time of travelling by far. Shower with great temperature and water power. Sunbathing was a blessing by the pool, that was a bit smaller than expected but the kids loved it every day. Perfect location. We walked to beaches and lovely restaurants. Super nice host.

We missed a good pan (tefal) as our kids love pancakes.

The apartma was spacious, the mattresses were great, we loved the possibility to rent bikes, we also washed our laundry before continuing on our way. We had a really great time in Sutivan.

Surrounding area of the Bretia apartments, not quite up on the same level with the lovely, picturesque Sutivan. Also, there is a kindergarten construction site near the apartment with machinery obviously making noise, but it lasts short on working days, usually when we were on the beach so it did not bother us.

Staying in Sutivan is great for relaxing, peaceful holiday. Bretia apartments nice place to stay, highly recommend. We love the pool, the bicycles, everything is close. The host, Darko, is a great guy, very helpful, resolving a tiniest issues immediately, with no hesitation, really working hard to discretely keep everything in order. Thank you and hope to stay again.
