The room was cozy and clean, with some extra options available, e.g. coffee machine, but also washing machine in case someone needs it. Marko is a friendly host with really good advice about locations, food and drinks.

The only downside of this place is the lack of a common terrace on the premises.

Cosmai Residence is a very good alternative for all budget-travelers. It's small and simple but very clean. Also the owners hospitality is exceeding; I enjoyed especially the coffee in the mornings, and the possibility to borrow bikes.

Marko was very friendly and gave very clear instructions on the parking and everything about the check-in, which made the whole check-in process very smooth. The room was nice and clean. Toilet was also very clean. There's a smart TV with netflix, so that's a definite plus. The kitchen and washing machine are shared, but it's all easy to use and fully equipped. Location wise, we used Uber to get to the city which is just a few mins away. Highly recommend this when in Dubrovnik!

Great apartments, there are all the basics for use. Clean, cozy, there is an iron, a very comfortable bed, a safe for storing your personal belongings and an incredible view from the window to the sea. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own food, a coffee maker and a kettle. Great owner , who told all the main things about the city. If you plan to visit Dubrovnik, this place is perfect for you. 👍🏻

The location was excellent within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the bus stop for easy access into the Old City. Also there was a lovely scenic walk closeby around LAPAD with nice areas to sit and chill and have a picnic. My room was great with a balcony, air conditioning and WIFI and if you wanted to cook the kitchen area was fully equiped for this - I actually extended my stay for an extra week. Marko the host is lovely and very friendly and knows everything there is to know about Dubrovnik.

Everything! The room is super confortable and has a balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. The inn has a little kitchen fully equipped you can use to cook something if you like and a coffee maker ❤️. Location wise, the inn is close to the promenade, an incredibly amazing sunset and a short bus ride from old town. Marko, the owner, is a super thoughtful host with an extensive knowledge of the city and will give you all the insider tips to make your trip even more special. Definitely would stay here again!

The public transport to the old town can only rely on bus number 6, and it always crowded, and not showed on google map.

The hotel is clean and lovely, there is a nice balcony with beautiful view. Marko (the owner of the hotel) was super nice, he gave us a lot helps and tips for traveling around Dubrovnik. There are also towers provided for go to beach. And some resturant we went around the area are much better than those in old town. If you travel in 2 ppl, just take a uber, the price are almost same comparing with airport shuttle + bus, and save a lot of times. The overal experience staying here is great. Highly recommand.

The kitchen / laundry was shared. My only concern here was about cleanliness. It was good but could have been better. Since the kitchen is shared, sometimes it was difficult to distinguish between used and clean utensils.

The owner is super helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 15 minute walk from some of the good beaches.

Marko is a super host. He accommodated my early arrival and provided a comprehensive guide to the city. His recommendations were particularly useful for exploring the local life in Dubrovnik. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood, with access to the old town via local bus. There are variosu beaches, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as nice walking trail. The room was nice with a good view. There is a coffee machine with free coffee and a shared kitchen. Definitely recommend it.

Nothing it was perfect.

My room and bathroom were beautiful it was clean, and well laid out. It was in a great location for a bus to the old town and a short walk to the supermarket and restaurants. It is on the water with plenty of swimming spots. The owner Marco was very helpful and took the time to provide maps and suggest many things to do in the area. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable at Cosami Residences.

I was on the second floor and no lift .. and a rather heavy suitcase! I arrived at an awkward time but I am sure Marco would have helped had I asked him. It is a ten minute walk to the bus which includes a hill, not steep, but a hill but to have beaches and buses and quiet streets in a residential area with a very nice reasonable restaurant just up the hill were all a bonus.

I had a lovely room with a balcony with an en suite shower and most comfortable bed. the facilities, coffee, tea etc. (but not milk) including a washing machine and dryer, were all there on the same landing together with a choice of guide history books all about Croatia and Dubrovnik. Marco gave a really full brief to my friends of how to get about, the places to see, the beaches in the area - I missed it as I arrived a day later but they were full of praise. He was very friendly when I arrived, told me that I could ring a bell any time I needed help as he and his family live about the rooms. Security is very good, there is no reception as such, but Marco explains all in excellent English.

If you plan to visit Dubrovnik so this is the place you must to stay at. I swear this is the best host ever The best place to stay Close to restaurants and so close to the beach And close to sun set beach ( you can swim) 10 minutes far from the old town ( 6€ cost for one way ) In the old town no parking and all the apartments have mold smell. I swear you don’t need to think twice Stay at this place and you will enjoy a lot
