The food was good but there were often queues for popular items which was a little frustrating.

Location was fantastic and view from balcony was great. We were given two adjoining rooms which were really good and cleaned every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The beach is small and with stones. I little work on it can make it nicer and sandy. The staff need to be informed on what gluten free means. They kept on giving us vegan options. Do not request the take away lunch pack if you are on all inclusive and need to leave earlier. They just dump in very bad salami no butter or something else. Despite saying we need gluten free package for my son, they gave us a vege one. I returned all 4 packages and made a complaint. Hopefully they will treat guest with more dignity when it comes to providing them with such offers.

Right on the beach, but difficult to get sunbeds as all are occupied from very early in the morning. The variety of food was very good and different every day.

Staff attitude was unbelievable. We travel a lot and we can tolerate a lot, but we have never been treated so rudely and arrogantly. So far we met only 1 nice employee.

Great location, food was OK, room small but clean. The only big disappointment was staff.

La recepcionista! She was the reason for came back to the hotel yesterday. She was lovely and completely helpful. I dont remember her name. She suggest for me a place for lunch, nd organised a taxi for me to Montenegro.

By coincident and ended up at this hotel and as I booked my room from the lobby I realised that I had been there before, less than happy with my stay some years ago. This time, everything had changed. Great staff, excellent room and a wonderful bed. Restaurant apparently with a new kitchen staff! New favourite hotel for me on the Croatian coast!

The resort could use some maintenance to the outside grounds. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Also a limited staff. I'm sure they are still recovering from covid.

The location was great. We could walk on a beautiful pathway along the water to the cute town of Cavtat. About one mile walk.

the aircon wasnt working in our room or the whole hotel, they switch off the aircons after 18 September.

The food was appalling. Very little selection, not enough variety, extremely repetitive - Food The alcohol was cheap and the fizzy drinks were not good quality.

The music was too loud, i couldn't sleep😩 My room was on the 3rd floor E389 and the music was way to loud and didn't stop until 11pm, very inconvenient for my family, we just wanted to relax.

- food! (All inclusive is not worth it). The food was very plain, almost no taste to anything, you could see it was cheap food, barely any propor options for vegetarians. Breakfast however was good. - coffee could be at least a bit better - thin walls, you could literally hear the people doing their toiletries and passing by. Very uncomfortable as the noise woke us up several times. All in all, it was an ok experience, but would not come back another time.

Location and the comfortable bed were the best thing about the hotel! It was very nice that the hotel made the effort to congratulate my husband for his birthday and gifted him a bottle of champagne. We also had a beautiful view over the sea.

Due to flight issues it was only a short stay so nothing to dislike other than toilet seat wonky and shower pressure average.

Breakfast excellent, staff helpful. Nice location next to the sea. Appreciated the balcony.

Food could be much better and also should have more food without pork for breakfast. The hotel staff, especially at the reception could be little bit more frendly and treat all guests same way. Problems with POS, credit card was rejected several times, staff said that was our fault but same credit card was used all over the Cavtat without any issues.

Room was very nice and also it has been celaned every day. Beach is right outside the hotel.

Small pool and hard to relax there as music and entertainment were very loud.

Nicely tucked away from Cavrat. Great private beach. Very spacious.
