Great place to stay. Very quiet and confortable. The location is very good near the bus stop straight to Old Town. The owners are very kind. They explain us everything about Dubrovnik when we arrive.

Convenient location in Lapad, clean house with all facilities, very kind hosts. They even treated us with fresh tomatoes and basil from their vegetable garden upon arrival. We would go there again if traveling to Dubrovnik in the future.

Car access is a bit funny due to steep and narrow road, but not really a problem.

Convenient location, close to beach and restaurants. House is clean and was everything you need for a couple of days. Free parking just near the apartment. I had detailed instructions on how to get there prior to arrival

The property was very clean and even when it’s not near to the city center ,it is really well connected by public buses. The hosts were really nice and they even allowed to leave our luggage until our departure time :)

The walk to the house was a bit uphill, so while going it was a bit tough but the return was downhill so it compensated! Was a bit difficult to locate it the first time for the uber driver as the approach road is narrow.

The hosts were very sweet people, greeted us well and showed us the apartment. The couple were quite old and could not speak english but it was not needed as their actions were more than enough. My 6 year old daughter got chocolates and hugs from them! The best hosts ever!! Apartment was very clean and spacious, 2 double beds, nice kitchen, good bathroom, patio outside. Location is close to bus stop, grocery stores, pick up point for tour buses.

Parking spot is available though in a narrow and steep alley. 2 cars max are parked one in front of the other. Inexperienced drivers should consider parking elsewhere.

Well equipped shared kitchen and bathroom, light and airy room, lovely hosts. Very comfy bed, and great view! Location was a 40min walk to the old town or a n 8euro taxi, 10mins to beach, and 10mins to harbour.

We rented the 1 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids. The AC worked beautifully for the hot days! We could easily walk to the beach and the cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes We took an Uber to Old Town and it cost €6. There is also a private parking spot in front of the guest house. The owners don't speak English, but they are SO sweet Leo, their grandson was the one we communicated with and his English was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

The washing machine turned out to be broken so we had to use another one. Unfortunately there was no coffee machine in the kitchen this time, just the bare minimum. You also need to remember that its an uphill walk to reach the apartment.

Once you go out, the views are quite good (especialy at night). The WiFi was OK. The hosts didn't speak English that much, but it was good enough. The room itself wasn't that big, but the whole shared apartment (incl. the mini-patio outside) turned out to be good enough.

Nice facilities, cute place, everything I needed for 2 nights. Free parking. Of you are 3-4 people I would recommend taking an uber to the old town, cheaper and faster than the bus.

It is a great option, if you want to visit Dubrovnik and need to park your car. City bus station is only 300 m from the house and in a few minutes you are in the old city at the Vrata of Pila. Owners are very friendly and caring people. Room was really spacious and clean. The house can accommodate more guests, tell your friends as well. You will be satisfied!

Great view from balcony. Quiet area at night. Very close to restaurants, beaches, and a bus stop with buses in all directions. Has a shop and bakery nearby.
