The best place we stayed on our 5d trip in Croatia. Stunning view from the balcony, nice beds, quit location, still just around the corner from the center. Lovely tiny beaches if you continue on waterfront further away from the harbour. Excellent beach restaurant Ribarska Kucica. We definitely come again. Strong recommendation

This location is absolutely perfect, especially with small kids! You can’t get any closer to the water. The restaurants are close by, and the taxi boat to the large beach is less than 100m away. The property was very clean and the host very friendly.

If I could get such perfection cheaper I would, but I don’t think it’s going to happen!!

We vary the places we stay - from budget to better. Better often means being able to wash clothes halfway through a trip! House Racic would be hard to beat for location (about as near the ferry as you can be), excellent facilities, kitchen equipment like a proper home - knives, kettle, coffee machine - all perfect, lovely balcony, good a/c - just excellent. Jasmina is charming - speaks a little English, better German - both way better than our non-existent Croatian!

Loved everything about this place. What a perfect spot to stay in Bol. Super convenient and that view and balcony! Wow! We did not want to leave. Jasmina was such a lovely host and we really appreciated the beautiful bottle of locally made wine on arrival. Thank you. Hope to come back one day.

One important point (although I have not lowered the score), it's too easy to get locked out on the balcony by mistake, there being no access handle from the outside. It happened twice. Fortunately, we were able to shout "help" to English-speakers in the street, and they let us back in. I explained all to the host. A warning sign would be a smart idea. Quite scary!

The apartment is in a great location, right in the centre of Bol, with a fabulous sea view from the balcony. Inside is spotless, with all the amenities you'd need for a home away from home. And a lovely welcoming bottle of local wine! I'll definitely be happy to stay again on my next visit!

Bol is a lovely little seaside village. The apartment was a 2 minute walk to the harbor with terrific restaurants as well as a pretty walk to the Ziatni Rat beach, famous in the Adriatic. This small, affordable apartment has a fabulous view from its seaside balcony. The owner was welcoming and we knew she was always available if we needed her.

only a very minor point, there are quite a few stairs to get to the entrance. plus, smoke from the people next door blows into the bedroom ( it’s not a complaint more of a comment)

Only one minus that car parking is in town parking and it is free only forn 6 pm till 10 am, so if you stay more than one night - you will be paying extra for parking.

The location is perfect - near the center and you can see the sea from your terase. View are amazing ❤️

Everything was perfect

The host Jasmine was very quick to respond and let us check in to the property early as we had an early morning ferry arrival. The location and the balcony was absolutely fantastic. Apartment as described in pictures and the balcony is very large and overlooks the water and has sun beds available that were perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
