Take cash with you, pay attention that only cash payment is accepted at the location. ATM machines around the guest houses takes high provisions - looks like the characteristic of the region.

Very helpful host, even with the language barrier everything was perfectly organised. Tasty breakfast, close to the restaurant.

The breakfast was a bit too simple. I would expect normal brewed coffee instead of instant one for this price.

The roller blind over the Velux window is poor - at 4am full daylight is coming in.

Breakfast was excellent - cooked by the owner as soon as we arrived in the breakfast area. The location in Grabovac is perfect for Plitvice Lakes (please make sure you book entry to the lakes in advance though folks) ! There is a nice cave nearby that is well worth visiting. The room was generally comfortable.

The apartment is in a good location, 10-15 minutes to the Plitvice Lakes. There are many restaurants in the area. The owner is very friendly. The apartment and everything was very clean. Breakfast is very good. I have no comments, I highly recommend it.

Very nice host - always helpful!! The rooms and the entire complex is newly renoveted and extremely clean. My room was relatively small with a small bathroom but this was reflected in compatitive price.

The house was very clean and the host very nice and attentive to all our needs Near to the main attractions in the area: Plitvice Lakes National Park, Barac Caves and Rastoke The breakfast was really super!!!! My children loved it! :-)

The hotel is located next to a very busy street... as are all the other hotels in the village... so that doesn't really make a difference. Most hotels are signposted along the street, but this hotel isn't, so when you arrive by car, it's good to use your gps (and key in the correct house number) in order to find it swiftly. This village is clearly a starting point to go and explore the Plitvice lakes (and a good spot for that!) but there's practically nothing in the village: a small 'supermarket' (with NO fresh produce!) and only a few restaurants nearby. But the nearest restaurant, Plitvicka Vrela, is a good one with very friendly staff.

We were welcomed by a very friendly lady. Nice room with a good bed and a good shower. Good breakfast, both savoury and sweet. There's a nice terrace next to the breakfast room where the wifi works well (it was weaker in the room, but it worked). The free parking next to the hotel is easy. There's no fridge in the room, but there's a communal fridge in the hallway, which definitely is a plus! Considering everything, it's good value for money.

Anna is very kind and we had a wonderful stay. We only stayed for 2 nights because we wanted to go to Plitvice and after that we went to Split. The rooms were very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very extensive and very tasty. Not one single complaint over here, we had a fantastic stay!

The bed was very comfy. The guesthouse offers a shared fridge and the breakfast was tasty. The guesthouse is max. 15 minutes away from the Plitvice Lake by car. Very friendly owner.
