When inquiring, the hotel doesn't offer a taxi service from the airport and vice versa.

Breakfast was terrific—varied, tasty, and fresh. The restaurant serves very good food for a decent amount of time during the day. Rooms were clean and serviced daily.

The staff has been more than welcoming, we were really satisfied with how they have treated us. The breakfast was perfect, although the dining room felt a bit crowded at times. City center is just 10 min walk from the hotel.

The problem was the sound isolation. You could hear almost everything from the hall and from outside. We discovered that the window didn't close properly and that was maybe the reason for the exterior noise.

Location and the hotel itself are very good, breakfast was ok, maybe a little less than expected but it was during New Year so maybe that was why. Room was clean and comfortable with good accessories. The staff was helpful.

I liked the worm welcome. The room was cozy and worm. I loved the little reading corner. I loved that I could smoke in the coffee room under the heater. The breakfast was not included and we paid very reasonable prise- good value for money.

Elegant and modern hotel. Located in a business quiet area, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square or by tram No 13. The stop is in the main street in front of the hotel, as well as the bus stop for transfer from/to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the services very fast and efficient. The room is very spacious, warm and clean, beds very comfortable.

It was way too hot in the room. There was no way for us to lower the temperature apart from opening the windows which made little difference

A hotel of this quality should provide a shuttle service to and from the airport? Unlike the breakfast the evening meal was not of the quality expected. Mostly the hot buffet food was served cold or very nearly cold and a very poor selection of vegetables. Furthermore there was no celebratory Christmas meal or entertainment, which we found somewhat strange for the Christmas season.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. The suite was of a good size and very clean and provided seating and a coffee table, the suite was warm and the bed and pillows were really comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was superior than we have had in some five star hotels with lots of choice. The hotel was kept very clean. The location is fantastic for public transport which is excellent for getting around the city. The staff were very efficient, helpful and informative and attended to our every need and even managed to accommodate my partners food allergy We enjoyed our say immensely.

Parking. It would be better if they have more accessible parking. We had to park first at the back of the hotel and bring all our stuff to the front.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It includes a mini fridge, air conditioner, and a massive bathtub. Hotel was also nicely decorated for the holiday season. Reception staff members were very efficient and professional. I would recommend this hotel and definitely return for another stay. Thank you.
